nice and quite as you get what you pay for
It's easy to find and to park. Hotel has typical German interior, badroom looked renewed and was with a good shower. Rooms are quite and breakfast had all including a good and quick service

Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal Gast im Ardey Hotel, das über moderne, helle und bei den Juniorsuiten sehr geräumige Zimmer sowie kostenlose Parkplätze hinter dem Hotel verfügt. Positiv anzumerken ist das erfolgreiche Integrationskonzept mit freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Angesichts der hohen Lobdichte, die seit langem die Bewertungen des Dreisterne Ardey Hotels kennzeichnen, tut man sich schwer auf einige Schattenseiten hinzuweisen. Da das Hotel in der Wintersaison nicht so stark gebucht ist, hat man die Zimmertemperatur stark abgesenkt. Bei unserem Eintreffen am Sonntagnachmittag wies die Junior Suite eine recht niedrige Raumtemperatur auf; es dauerte Stunden, bis die gewünschte Warmluft von der Klimaanlage eingeblasen war. Trotzdem fühlte man sich nicht richtig wohl. - Das designorientierte Bad weist eine geräumige Duschkabine ohne Eingangstür auf. Die Folge ist, dass sich auch bei vorsichtigen Bewegungen vor dem Eingangsbereich eine mittelgroße Seenlandschaft bildet, die nur mithilfe der Badematte eingedämmt werden kann. Bei dem bereitgestellten Hand/Badetuch hat man den Eindruck, dass diese aus der Eröffnungsphase (2014) stammen, so hart und wenig saugfähig und dünn sind sie heute. Hinweise darauf werden wohl an das Housekeeping weitergeleitet, offenbar ohne irgendeine Reaktion. Eigentlich schade. Die vor nicht langer Zeit bereitgestellten Bademäntel und Badeschlappen werden leider nicht mehr angeboten. Fazit: es können jetzt nur 3 von 5 Punkten vergeben werden.
