Great location, affordable price, large room with sofa and working desk. Room cleaning is done promptly. Front desk is efficient. Would stay here again. Construction is going on in front of hotel, but the noise doesn't reach my room. Remote volume button doesn't seem to work.

The hotel staff has a good service attitude, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the bedding is clean, and I had a good night's sleep. Complete facilities, delicious breakfast, excellent location, convenient transportation, and convenient surrounding facilities. This stay experience is great, and I will choose this hotel next time!

A very satisfying stay. I thought it would be noisy because it was close to the Third Ring Road, but the front desk helped me upgrade it when I checked in. It was very quiet because it was close to the inner side of the community. I drove on holiday, parking was convenient, and I went to Jiangtan Park to watch the sunrise. The pedestrian street and the airport were very close. There are many snack bars in the residential area next to the hotel, so breakfast was fine. There is also a private restaurant on the tenth floor of the hotel. I had a delicious lunch at the **group purchase price. Good review!

The room space is okay, the location is excellent, there are many restaurants nearby, and it's not far from the subway, so it's convenient to travel. For those who stayed at night, Aunt Xu also gave us drinking water and snacks.

The room is large and well ventilated. Xiao Lu at the front desk helped open the window for ventilation in advance. The service was thoughtful. In addition, the hot dry noodles I love for breakfast were nice. I often travel on business. The desk and smart lighting in the room are very practical, clean and hygienic. Passing by in transit, I was thinking of booking a hotel close to the airport, but I found the Treasure Hotel unexpectedly! The plane arrived at the hotel late at around 1:00 am, and the milk that the baby needed was not available. The young lady in the hotel gave us her own milk, which relieved the urgent need, and later gave us a breakfast [爱心][爱心] best Most importantly, the room was amazing! Love begins at the gate! The cartoon sign on the door, the baby cheers when the door is opened, all kinds of dolls, small tents, cartoon decorations on the wall, baby bathrobes, pajamas, children's teeth brushing cups, footstools, toilet seats, and smart Xiaodu! The baby was so excited that he didn’t want to leave the next morning [cover face] The waiter in the restaurant was kind and encouraged the baby to eat well [Strong] The baby’s careless grandpa left the string in the hotel, and the hotel contacted us and delivered it for us Send it back, and finally, the hotel has a pick-up and drop-off service, which is not too convenient! Front desk service was exceptional. I found out the bathroom didn’t work properly when I checked in, they immediately changed the room for me. On the day after I checked out and was on the train to another city, I realized that I accidentally left my two cellphone chargers in the hotel room. I called the front desk. They located the chargers right away and sent them to me via expedited express delivery before I left China. I am very appreciative and impressed about theirs efficiency and great customer services. In addition, the hotel offers very good free breakfast with varieties and bottled water daily to give a good start of the day. The hotel location is also great and very convenient as well. I’d love to come back to stay in this hotel again.

It is a hotel owned by Marriott. The hotel is overall good. The front desk service is attentive and thoughtful. There is also a variety of gym equipment. There are tea and snacks in the lobby on the first floor. It is not bad for business trips. I will consider staying here again next time.

BEWARE IF YOU PAY AT THE FRONT DESK AT THE HOTEL. THEY DOUBLE-CHARGED US AND DID NOT REFUND THE OVERCHARGE. We booked through Trip.com and selected to pay at the hotel (our mistake). We used our Alipay QR code to pay at the front desk, but the transaction took a while and seemed to have failed (slow internet connection). We tried again and the second time it was successful. It wasn't until we left Wuhan and checked our credit card statements that we noticed two of the same charges from the Ethos Hotel. Contacting the hotel, the staff was pleasant and helpful but never admitted to seeing a double-charge in their system. The person on the phone said they would investigate and asked us to call back later. After a day, we called back; they said they contacted Trip.com and that a refund was given to us. This refund they were referring to was the Trip.com deposit to hold our rooms. We explained the situation again, but the person helping us kept saying we should contact Trip.com even though we paid the hotel directly. Now back at home, we contacted Trip.com. After chatting with one of their reps, and providing our credit card and Alipay statements as proof of the double charge, they said they would get back to us. The result was an email with the message, ”Duplicate deduction/overcharge-Duplicate deduction/overcharge: Not duplicate deduction/overcharge.” We are not surprised by this result, as Trip.com cannot verify any payments that took place because the actual payment happened at the HOTEL FRONT DESK. So here we are trying to go through our bank to see if they can do something because they CAN see the 2 charges that were 3 minutes apart from the same hotel. We hope this will be resolved and all this was a misunderstanding... time will tell.

The staffs were friendly, helpful and efficient in their work. The premises were kept in tip top condition and spotless, a feeling of brand new. The hotel lobby was simply magnificent. Made me felt like a VIP. The breakfast at the revolving restaurant was without question superb - wide range of Chinese, Western and local specialities. The Metro station entrance was only 5 minutes walk. Between the station and the hotel were full of eateries, convenient stores and flowers shops. This hotel is highly recommended. My wife and I had a lovely time. See Yem Kan
