這個老闆是個酒蒙子。大家可千萬別上他家了。服務態度特別不好。特別惡劣。喝大酒了，什麼話都罵人，還胡説八道。人品太差了。

服務一般，房間門都無法上鎖，搞了半天才修好，而且房間沒有空調，衹能用電熱毯，説有早餐的，早上起來去吃早餐，藉口説廚房停電，給退了十塊錢草草了事！

首先訂房的時候老闆説他可以給預約車子進山的名額，結果根本不管。其次酒店位置比較偏出行很不方便。雖然我們自己約了車子進山的名額但由於交通管制車子還是上不去。所以要從酒店步行很遠一段路再坐一個擺渡車然後換乘8路公交車才能到達五爺廟，真的是要坐很多站，很擠很不方便。還有酒店的炒菜，一份醋溜白菜和一份大葱炒雞蛋都是很小碟，外加兩小碗粒粒分明的米飯就要76元。關鍵是白菜的水汽沒有炒出去，雞蛋老硬，大葱還是那種該扔的葶子很柴。再有就是房間真的是不隔音，老闆跟他朋友在大廳喝茶聊天，很大聲到很晚，房間裏面聽的不要太清楚。設施嘛，馬桶晃悠的，衞生間排風扇是不工作的，化粧鏡的燈打不開。房間沒有空調，保暖靠電熱毯。
