The room was OK, the service was good, the hygiene was OK. We checked in on October 13th, the lowest temperature at night was close to zero degrees, the floor heating was turned on, and it was not cold at night. However, we were not charged until we left the hotel, and there was no room inspection. However, the hotel required us to pay a deposit of 100 yuan when we entered the hotel. We did not need to pay a deposit in five-star hotels in big cities before. I wonder if we should pay a deposit?

Let me first say the conclusion, Huahui should be the most cost-effective hotel in Wutai Mountain (I haven't stayed in a B&B before, so I don't know the difference between the upper and lower limits is too big, and there is no unified management standard). The cleaner and better facilities are more expensive than Huahui, and the cheaper ones are not as clean and comfortable as Huahui, including the size of the room! I would like to thank Sister Bai at the front desk for helping to upgrade the room. The service attitude is particularly good, thumbs up!

First of all, the attitude of the front desk staff is very bad, basically they can't speak human language. When I called the front desk to ask something, the other party hung up decisively without waiting for you to finish speaking. Second, the room hygiene is also very poor. Not to mention that it is broken and old, the toilet is also blocked. Third, there is a deposit for the room card when checking in. Not to mention that they ask for more room cards, but one for each room. In short, it is highly not recommended!
