到無錫辦事，在網上訂了酒店。因為最近氣温變化挺大的，所以就感冒了。我是晚上6：30左右到酒店辦入住的，大概是7：10左右，酒店服務員敲門給我送來了熱水和感冒沖劑。我當時挺意外的，小丫頭看到我驚訝的表情連忙説：“先生，我剛剛聽你説話像是感冒了，而且看上去很疲憊，所以想着送點熱水和感冒沖劑給你，不知道你需不需要？”我很感動，説了聲謝謝，接過東西説太需要了！我一般不太喜歡給評價，但這次我主動給了好評，酒店房間大，價格實惠，乾淨，關鍵是服務槓槓的！下次到無錫還住這家。
