This is one of the best hotels we stayed in China recently. I was so pleasantly surprised in its location right in the middle of the famous Nantang Street, where restaurants and activities spill over to night time. The hotel is refurbished from a traditional style Chinese building and has a warm tone to it. The service was spectacular. Before our arrival, hotel staff Xiao Liu already started to liaise with me to ensure I know how to tell driver the location. Then he awaited at the stop to help me with luggage. During our stay, he was attentive and catered to all our needs with a great attitude. We will definitely be back at this hotel and explore more of Wuxi soon!!

Good food, Good Location, Good Facilites

There is no curtain on the windows which means I have to wake up at 5am after a tried trip. Also, i got bitten by some bugs. Its pricey comparing to the experiences i have got.

I really like this B&B. It's very clean, the environment is warm and comfortable, and it's located in a scenic spot. You can enjoy the Jiangnan characteristic charm of white walls, blue tiles, and stone bridges. It's also very close to Nanchang Street. There is also a cafe where you can sit by the window and watch people coming and going, and the night of Jiangnan under the lights. There is also a small pond in the inner courtyard of the B&B. You can feed the goldfish next to the pavilion and feel the atmosphere of a small bridge and flowing water up close.

The room facilities are great and the hygiene is in place. Two breakfasts are included. The location is good and the courtyard is beautiful.

Let me share with you my latest treasure discovery - Zhishe Nanchan Guanshui. This hotel made me say "wow". It is simply a gentle place during travel. Once you come here, you won't want to leave! As soon as I stepped into the lobby, the wooden doors and natural micro-cement floor glowed with soft light, the air was filled with high-end fragrance, and the exquisite front desk. At that moment, I knew that this journey was worth it! Room? Oh, that’s a dream nest! The retro Chinese-style windows offer a panoramic view of the bustling city or the tranquility of nature; the bedding is so soft that you sink into the clouds as soon as you lie down, making even your dreams extra sweet. Moreover, I have an eye for details and found that even the toiletries are high-end custom-made, with every drop revealing luxury and care. The service is also great! From the smiling welcome at the front desk to the soft words from the room service, you are as considerate as an old friend. The breakfast is even richer, with authentic Wuxi local snacks. Very delicious. Sitting by the window, enjoying delicious food while watching the morning light shine, this feeling is amazing! In short, this hotel gives me the feeling that it is not just a simple accommodation, it is more like a carefully created living art space, making every stay an unforgettable memory.

It's very comfortable and the environment is very relaxing. I was worried that there would be something bad after reading the reviews, but it really wasn't. The housekeeper was also very nice and answered all my questions. It is also very easy to go shopping nearby. It is divided into 2 streets. The B&B is on the quiet side. After shopping, you can walk back and have a rest🫶🏻The environment is really great. After checking out, I also worked in the B&B’s cafe for a while and was given a cup of coffee. It was super Nice~

The location of the hotel is very good in Nanxiatang (my understanding is Hexinan Long Street, Henan Xiatang), there is a parking lot for self-driving, and you can take a taxi to the hotel entrance. The design of the hotel has a very individual industrial style. The lobby bar is also a cafe facing the street. The rooms are small in size but well laid out. I was lucky that night and didn't encounter noisy guests in the morning and evening. The service in the store is very good. They enthusiastically and proactively guide the check-in and carry luggage, and the details are well done.

If I have to talk about it, the feeling of this hotel is not worth it, and the price/performance ratio is extremely low. If I finally let me give an evaluation, I think it is a very low cost-effective homestay. I have also stayed at the Manxin Hotel in the same location twice. The price is equivalent to half of this B&B, but the service quality is much higher than this one. If you have to feel it, and you spend a little money sitting downstairs Just drink some coffee in the cafe. 1. Reception attitude There is only one front desk clerk, who should have no experience in the hotel industry and no processing authority. All things must be consulted by the boss. This hotel is not clearly marked. If you navigate according to the marked location of the hotel, you have to go through an extremely narrow small alley to reach it. After arriving, tell the location that you can't park, and you have to spend half an hour to get out. . 2. How to treat guests According to the normal hotel industry, when opening the door, at least two knocks are required, and the waiter in this hotel simply swiped the door without taking the card directly. When I asked, they told me that this is how they dealt with it. The attitude of the waiter and the way of service are completely inconsistent with the standards of the hotel industry. You can say that you are a homestay, but if you also belong to the same industry, you must at least have some basic training. There is no way you can do it. 3. Hardware facilities 3.1. No sound insulation at all Downstairs at two o'clock in the morning, the voice could be heard clearly and clearly, causing me to be woken up twice in the night. 3.2. Going up and down stairs without elevator There is no one to pick up the luggage, so you need to move up and down the stairs yourself. 4. Hygiene is not up to standard The toilet seat power supply was thrown on the ground and the room was not clean. There were cobwebs on the side of the toilet, and I didn't know what dripping objects were on the wall. It was disgusting. There are pictures as evidence. 5. Breakfast is not rich The so-called Western-style is a glass of milk, a slice of bread with tomatoes, a boiled egg, to fool the ghost, it is not as good as the more than 100 Han court. Also, please don't harass me.

After the check-in, all-round five-star I like the beautiful store manager and sister. I was worried that the store was cold and sent two cups of warm coffee. The taste is very good. It’s also very good to come here alone to check in. The coffee is also very good.

很不錯的一家名宿 就在景區裏面 很方便 停車場到民宿3-4分鐘左右 房間裏就是水池下面沒有垃圾桶 丟垃圾有點不方便 其它的都不錯 服務也挺好的 晚上看見我們坐在大廳咖啡吧那邊就給我們倒水 很貼心 早餐很不錯 第一次有這樣的體驗 以前都是自助餐行的早餐 這樣一人一份的早餐也去不錯 中西式可以選擇 看着很少 其實吃完已經很飽了 味道也不錯
