與上次不同，這次去無錫出差住無錫皇冠假日，一開始覺得酒店開業時間較早，感覺房間會老舊。結果一入住並沒有那種感覺，感覺很温暖親切，睡了個好覺！服務也很不錯，辦理入住時前台服務人員看到我買了好多吃的，主動問我是否要存放在酒店餐飲部，很熱情！酒店周邊有個萬象滙，吃東西、購物也很方便！整體感覺非常好！

我們當天到酒店已經是傍晚了，經理Alex不但幫我們升級了湖景房，還貼心地幫我們身份證綁定了第二天去黿頭渚的門票。本來想着去黿頭渚看早櫻的人應該沒有那麼多，沒想到人那麼多都趕不回來退房了，及時聯繫了經理Alex，二話沒説幫我們申請到4點退房，讓我們安心遊玩。無錫景美人也美～

最近入住了無錫太湖皇冠假日酒店，整體體驗非常棒
首先，酒店的位置非常便利，距離地鐵站和主要景點都很近，出行非常方便。周邊也有很多餐廳和便利店。
其次，房間的設施非常齊全，裝修風格簡約大氣，床鋪特別舒服，睡得很香。衞生間乾淨整潔，熱水供應充足，洗漱用品也很齊全，休息得很安心。
酒店的服務也讓我印象深刻。酒店的Eleana小姐姐在出行前就電話聯繫，瞭解住宿需求，添加微信發送遊玩攻略和美食，到達酒店後前台工作人員也非常熱情，免費為我們升級房間，辦理入住和退房都很高效，客房服務也很貼心，Eleana小姐姐每日會了解住宿體驗，對提出的需求細心解決，做得很到位。
早餐種類豐富，一層有咖啡廳，入住免費送了飲品可在咖啡廳任選，開啟了一天的好心情。
總的來説，這次入住體驗非常滿意，性價比超高！無論是商務出行還是旅遊度假，這家酒店都是不錯的選擇。下次來這個城市，一定還會選擇這裏！強烈推薦給大家！
