服務人員連民宿都不如，絲毫不專業。感覺就是村裡臨時拉了一羣人過來，完全沒有經過專業培訓。歐式風格的裝修，配上如此的服務，好笑。
房間裏空調的轟鳴聲響了一夜，無法入睡。
設施太舊了。

大園區景色還可以，房間設施有點老舊了，空調開了一晚熱不起來。特意留了第二天上午時間去泡温泉，結果上午居然不開，下午2點才開，去過那麼多温泉酒店沒遇到過上午不開門的，要去的人做好時間規劃了。各種團體遊客比較多，吵吵鬧鬧的。

二十年前來過一次，那時候還小對這裏的温泉印象很深，一直記得吃過的炸醬麪，但是這次去除了聚餐區能點餐，其他地方都不提供餐飲了，稍微有點失望。房間很大一看就有年歲了，裝修很復古像是上世紀的小洋樓，窗外陽台挺大的還能看到竹林，住宿區意外的很大找房間就花了不少時間。除了浴室應該是裝修過的，其他的傢俱都有一點陳舊的感覺。不過這個價格能住兩室兩廳也足夠了，價格優勢挺大的。
泡温泉的地方和上次差不多，建議加一間母嬰換衣間，廁所不太好找，室外夜晚缺少燈光感覺容易摔倒，室內温泉挺不錯的，如果能多加點休閑椅子賣賣飲品就好了，沒看到幾個服務員，可能是淡季的原因吧。如果單純是來泡温泉的話感覺挺不錯的。
