Stayed in this hotel for 4 days 3 nights. The reception and Restaurant staffs were extremely helpful. Especial 小李was so patient waited for us at late night and re-arrange the room for us. Initially we felt the room was too small and didn’t like the room parked at a corner next to exit door. She was very helpful & patient showing us other room options for us to decide which to pick. We ended up having the most comfy and bigger room. Encountered numerous phone setting issues as it was our first Xian Trip using paperless payment on mobile. 任蒙 & 小李have been extremely patient assisted us with taxi / day tour arrangements. The top roof hotel views was amazing. Wish the roof top lights can stay a little later than 10.30pm because drinking session usually end much later than 10.30pm. However, our stay was absolutely relaxing and pleasant. Thanks to all the helpful and friendly staffs at the reception & restaurant! 一级棒!!!

The room was very large, the facilities were clean and tidy, and the waiter was very good. There was a front desk called Hu Yang. I saw that I brought the child and gave the child a small gift package with candy. Lixingqing Palace Park is a 5-minute walk, and there are delicious things downstairs. I planned to stay for one night, but because of this big bathtub, I stayed for three nights. The bedding is particularly comfortable and should be a big brand. Super recommended

Stayed once, the legendary autumn fruit, recommended by a friend, the hotel service is very friendly, helped me pour tea, carry my luggage, set the temperature of the air-conditioner, and deliver the fruit. It felt so warm. I ate free porridge, steamed buns and stomach in the evening. It was very comfortable. The fruit was delivered, great. The pressure of the bath water was too good. Xi'an is so hot. The shower is great. I will come again in the future.

Located inside the city gate near the clock tower and the subway station. Wifi is provided, but there is some obstruction on certain apps and webs. Room size is ok for me, self service free laundry and heater is located in the 2nd floor. Breakfast is served at floor 1 and there is a refillable water also. Free fruits and welcome drink which is send by the robot.
