The location of the room is very good. It is right in the Evernight City of the Tang Dynasty. The Big Wild Goose Pagoda is right outside the door. There are Yang Guifei taking pictures every day at the entrance of the B&B. If you come to visit Datang Evernight City, it is a good choice. The transportation is convenient and you can go anywhere in just a few steps.
Facilities: The water and electricity are normal, the water pressure is not low, and the bath water temperature is easy to adjust. The TV is Youku Internet TV, which is very convenient.
Hygiene: The bedding is very clean and has no odor. The towels are officially plastic-wrapped and non-disposable. This makes it a better experience to use.
Environment: Needless to say, it’s right in the Evernight City of the Tang Dynasty, so you’ll find everything you need. Find tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle, just two steps away you will find a crowded street. But it's quiet when sleeping, and it's in the second row.
Service: The landlady is very welcoming and makes you feel at home. I will stay here again next time I come to Xi'an.

We didn't have high expectations for our trip to Xi'an, as we were just passing through. However, we felt right at home after one night's stay, especially from the staff member who was in charge of receiving us, the beautiful Hou Jiayao. Her thoughtfulness made our one-day trip very touching. From the directions before arriving at the store to the meticulous and patient arrangements for booking the car, she also took into consideration and coordinated several changes in the itinerary for us, which made our trip to Xi'an a perfect end.

Traveling to Xi'an with children, the hotel is clean and hygienic, and every service staff is warm and thoughtful.
My room is on the 10th floor. I can see the Tang Dynasty that never sleeps and the Big Wild Goose Pagoda at night. I like the floor-to-ceiling windows and the sunshine in the morning. There are many kinds of breakfast, and the latest is 10 o'clock, which doesn't prevent me from sleeping in.
It was very close to the Tang Dynasty Evernight City. If we go to the Bell Tower, we can take bus 26 at the entrance. It is quite empty and there are seats every time.
A little further on, there is a Huzi Water Basin with delicious mutton, I recommend trying it.

Our stay at the Vienna Intl. Hotel has been a positive, pleasant and rewarding experience. During our 27 day stay, we were upgraded to a bigger and better room the next day, a generous offer that we much appreciated. The staff are efficient, helpful and very polite. The housemaids provided excellent and consistent cleaning and new supplies everyday. The location within walking distance to the Big Goose Pagoda, Grand Tang mall, the daily light shows, , metro and buses, and lots of cheap and good restaurants was a huge benefit which made our stay in Xian almost stress-free. We could walk to many of the popular sites, or simply take the fast and reliable metro. We really couldn't ask for a better hotel, which offered so much for such a reasonable price. We recommend this hotel highly!

The sheets were very clean. There were paper cups and hot water. I prepared disposable toothbrushes and bath towels. I also gave a small bag of paper. There are also shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. Slippers are provided. The walls of the men and women's area are painted blue and pink to distinguish. It looks very comfortable. This is the first time I have lived in a youth travel. The experience is very good. 😁

The hotel is by the road, right opposite many good eating places & within walking distance to the Tang Dynasty night city 大唐不夜城 & television tower 电视塔 subway.
The cleaners and staff are also friendly, however, there are too many smokers staying at this place and I didn't sleep well, as the smoke from outside came into my room.
The first room I had was also very small and barely enough room for my luggage & the motion emergency light kept lighting up whenever I turned around in my bed, also with the concealed water pipe making much noise at night, it was not good rest for me the first 3 nights.
However, the staff did help to change my room upon request & availability (thankfully, if not, the ratings would have been even lower, and rightfully so!). The washing machine and dryer are also not that efficient, I spent 20yuan drying my clothes using the dryer and still had to hang them up for 1-2 days for all the clothes/jeans to dry... and the free Hanfu experience didn't work because they only had clothes/costumes for ladies...
Finally, the place may be good for others, but not really for business travelers as the table was really small and the single chair (in the first room) was too hard... thanks! But the staff and cleaners tried their best, so credit to them!

I am very happy to choose Yaduo this time. It is comfortable, safe and convenient! Line 4 is 300 meters to the right of the hotel entrance. After arriving at Xi'an North High-speed Railway, you can go directly to the hotel. Popular attractions in Xi'an can be reached by subway. From the hotel, you can reach it within 1-5 stations. Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Datang City that Never Sleeps only need one station! After running every day, I get to the hotel as soon as I get out of the subway. It's really great! The floors are reached by swiping cards, which is very safe. The hotel rooms are large, and the washbasin and toilet are separated and can be used at the same time. The room is equipped with a small refrigerator, 2 bottles of mineral water at room temperature and ice, and there is a free supper (porridge + small flower rolls + side dishes) on the 12th floor after 9 pm, which is very considerate. I have recommended it to friends who need to come to Xi'an in the future!

Facilities: The hotel is starting to feel a bit old, the corners of the facilities, carpets, ceilings and furniture are a bit old, but the linens and bedding are very comfortable to sleep on. I didn't go to the other supporting facilities, so I won't comment.
Hygiene: The facilities are indeed a bit old, but the hygiene is really good. The toilet mat and laundry detergent provided reflect the hotel's care and concern for the hygiene and safety of customers. Thumbs up👍
Environment: The hotel is a single-family building, and it is very convenient to go to SEG Center, which can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.
Service: I drove there, helped with the luggage, helped the guests wash the car, and gave a thumbs up to the uncle in the parking lot, who was enthusiastic, thoughtful and meticulous.
I stayed for two consecutive days, but the only thing that puzzled me was that the breakfast category on the first day was exactly the same as that on the second day, and the placement was also the same. It felt like it was the leftovers of yesterday's meal. Of course, I was just wondering! The breakfast category, taste and freshness need to be improved!

GGuest UserFor a European, the most amazing hotel in China ♥️♥️♥️! By far such unparalleled sophistication with incredible smart and nice staff. Especially the gentleman who helps with the luggage and stands at the entrance with the traditional outfit did an amazing job, always thinking 3 steps ahead with whatever you need. He went out of his way to help with translation, organising and any questions I had. He was more supportive than the front desk. A great thank you also to Sunny! Without her, i would have struggled. She helped me with any room services I needed and always answered immediately. What an amazing hotel, beautiful designed rooms, delicious breakfast! Afterwards you will struggle to find a place like this anywhere else in China

Perfect
EExpatThis is probably the perfect hotel for someone in transition to the city. There’s actually some families that come here also. The room size was just right for me. One suggestion is to add an extra luggage table or chair-side table.
I was splitting the week with two different hotels and decided to stay at Mr. Wu’s the whole week because the reviews turned out to be better. The location is in the hi-tech area, and walking around to multiple venues or shops is quite easy. My Cityview had some city sounds to go with it, but I actually enjoyed that.
The staff did really well with helping translate a lot because my Mandarin and is not strong. It’s easy to get to a bus or nearby subway and even grab a rideshare. I only had the breakfast a couple of times, but they had a really good selection. The teatime and the welcoming fruit were a nice touch along with the gift upon check-out.
I was already traveling overseas and needed to wait a full week to get into my apartment. Everything including the laundry, gym, lobby waiting area, and housekeeping service was good.
I did not use the foot spa access on the second floor, but I plan to go back to the area since I’m transitioning into the city. Very clean and cute decorations. For the location and the price, this is definitely a must-stay.
It’s important to note that larger groups might need more space. My room was perfect for one to two people. There was even an event room some ladies were celebrating in. Each floor lobby is a bit different. Just right.

GgraceThe two stars on service, one for concierge one for the hotel bar’s waitress (Rose 游娜，a trainee but who offered us excellent service , made up for other issue we felt being unfairly treated).
The itself, being a historical building and all, looks magnificent. Even though the decor may seem dated, but inside our room was comfortable, and cosy, we got nothing to complain.
Concierge would accept our deliveries and helped with luggage and all, again, nothing to complain.
BUT, on the second day, the hotel housekeeping mistakenly took a huge bagful of our travel stuff ( including snacks, mini packed laundry detergents, biscuits, fruits, alcohol wipes , packed tissues etc), they simply throw away as garbage. We deliberately left it in a corner so it WONT be mistaken as rubbish. We did NOT leave it next to the bin, and we HAVE already taken out our takeaway boxes.
Because we did not at all expect this to happen at a five star hotel , we did not realise it was missing until the next morning when we were getting ready to leave for train station. At this point, when we called, the hotel told us, housekeeping merely thrown out two EMPTY takeaway boxes, that was NOT true! They could confirm it from surveillance camera that it’s s about heavy yellow bag been taken out instead of two empty takeaway boxes.
Yes, perhaps it’s not valuable, it’s not a gold chain or a camera, but it’s something very handy to our long journey , and their initial response was not acceptable. We are also not sure what other small things we have left inside the bag ( Because we didn’t think someone will throw it out!!!!).
It was obvious it’s not a bag of garbage, if they were not sure why not keep it until we are back and ask? In all the years staying in any international five star hotel chains, we’ve never had to deal with such situation …
And one more thing, made us uncomfortable, was before we depart we decided to have a drink in the hotel bar. I asked the bar staff for two Proseccos, she replied if it’s the bubbly free drink being offer upon check in. I spent about 60rmb for two sips, and only to find out it was offer for free which we never been offered upon our arrival ( was nobody else just us two on the arrival night).
However. After hearing my complain, the bar staff Rose was very thoughtful gave me a second pour, I still paid, but at least feeling not as mistreated. Perhaps this just the final straw on the pile.
On check out, the front desk staffs were busy, no one asked how was our stay , so I did not tell them our experience as above, I had only this one chanel to let out.

传奇酒店让我期待已久，毕竟全球六家，而且在西安的历史建筑内，所以完全没有考虑其他酒店，哪怕我本身几乎不住索菲特，也没有用过accor的loyalty program。
酒店所在建筑的确很棒，我很喜欢，里面的设施也都达到需求。礼宾部前台都很有礼貌，让人觉得很帮助。但是我遇到了两件事，让我觉得以后恐怕不会回来。
1，我们有一个旅途中用的袋子（黄色美团超市袋，里面是一个大的绿色纸袋，因为美团袋子不怕脏放在火车站火车上地上都不担心弄脏，到家了直接拿下来丢掉即可）。里面放了各种小零食，全部可以肉眼看到没有拆开，还有路上用的小包纸巾，ole买的小包酒精湿纸巾，还有小号垃圾袋，以及旅行装洗洁精等。我们把它放在书桌边上的一个墙角，特地放得离垃圾桶区域远一些（房间也没有很多空间放东西我们也不能当路中间）。在我们用完了外卖以及快递后，按照酒店茶几上放的小牌子的要求，打电话请客房部也来收走了。我们理解古建筑立面万一染上污渍会比较难清理。
结果我们离开了一个白天，回来也没特意检查，毕竟这是我们住的地方，我也不想一天到晚防贼一样，也没有对自己的物品拍照。到了第二天我们准备收拾东西离开酒店了，发现这个袋子不见了，这是一个至少有8-10斤左右的袋子，不会轻易错过，于是我们致电酒店管家，在插叙后，告知的确丢掉，但就是一包里面两个空外卖盒… 这是让我最生气和不愿意接受的部分，不小心处理了，不能理解也得理解，但是总不能说瞎话，cctv调出来，我来看看这位清理人员拎出来的是什么东西？？？ 随便看一眼就看到里面的东西都是没有吃过没有用过，就算不确定我也能理解，为什么不放半天等客人回来了确认一下？这里面没有任何异味和汁水，存放一下并不会妨碍你们的酒店。或许对酒店来说，都是些不值钱的东西，没了就没了，有什么好抱怨的，但是将心比心，东西的价值很多时候不在意实际价钱的高低。我们在外面旅行，这些东西是我们的需求，不是钱能买的。
第二个点，我们在离店前，去酒店的酒吧喝一杯，我问吧台服务员点起泡酒（之前我在房间点过，意大利起泡酒），她问我是不是入住时候免费送的起泡酒，我当时就愣了，入住的时候，没有任何人offer我们任何到店饮品。而且到店时就我们俩没有别的客人（所以不是因为太忙）。我拿着一小杯我要付钱别人免费的起泡酒加上被丢了东西，心里不是滋味，不患寡而患不均。是，说我小气，60多一杯的酒在这儿逼逼… 我朋友点了个咖啡，我看到旁边来了另外两个客人，其中一位和一个服务员说，我上次来你们也送的哦，别忘了哦，服务员轻声说知道知道。之间随她的咖啡一起来的，是一份曲奇饼干… 看这个我们桌上孤零零的饮品，心里又是一根稻草压上去。
可能吧台一位员工看到了这个问题，她还是个实习生，也知道了我关于免费不免费起泡酒的不满，于是主动给我续了一杯酒，还拿了饼干（虽然我们也没有吃）、但是心里好受了很多。人真是奇怪的动物（我自己），确实这些都是小东西小细节不值钱可能，但是感觉不公平那就像损失了一个亿，同样是客人为什么没有标准化的服务流程，需要客人去“哭奶喝”，… 逼着大家小气。我不知道这个酒店开了多少时间，但是与传奇这个品牌相比，远远还做的不够。希望传奇品牌有的不紧是历史人物们踏足过的辉煌， 更能够创造属于自己新的传奇。

YYWWe had a very pleasant stay at Novotel.
The location was fantastic with easy access to the MRT and also to the key sights!
While we had a small encounter with one of the front desk staff on the morning when we had to go off early on a day trip to Luoyang, the staff have been hospitable and would go out of their way to help us.
We are particularly happy with the lady in the restaurant and the staff within the restaurant. Always ready with a smile!
Would like to give an excellent review for 小任, the housekeeping staff who cleaned our rooms daily! There was an evening when we returned to find that she had taken the initiative to wash my socks for me. I was pleasantly shocked by the gesture! There was no need for her to do so, yet, she went out of her way to make us feel at home!

TTriciaaaaaaMy husband and I stayed in this hotel for three nights. We booked a standard room which was very affordable, and the hotel is located in the city centre, great location! There is a subway station just right next to the hotel so that’s very convenient as traffic in Xi’an is terrible!
Upon check-in, a member of staff helped us and he was very friendly, he spoke English very well and that was helpful for us. Apparently the room that booked isn’t available so they upgraded us to a suite which was sweet! The room was humongous! It was very fancy, however I think the hotel is quite old, and some interior needs changing. We had a massive bed, maybe a California king bed? Very comfy bed!
We had afternoon tea for two and a happy hour in the evening. (Not our favourite but it was a good deal).
The gym was good too, they have some basic equipment and we were happy with it. The swimming pool was full of children so we didn’t use it, as we wanted peace and quiet.
This is the most exciting part! On our final night, we got back quite late from exploring Xi’an and when we entered our room, it was pretty dark. No electricity. 🤣 I was super exhausted and I wanted to have a bath and just relax. But no can do. We had to go downstairs and update staff about the situation. We were told to wait downstairs, they gave us some water and we sat for about 15 minutes or so. And then a staff came to see us with a new set of key cards. She apologized to us for the inconvenience, like many times! We told her it wasn’t their fault but I think they really need some renovation haha (I didn’t say that to her), so she said we will be moved to a different room, from 20th floor to 28th floor. It sounded like we just got upgraded again! Haha. So we headed up to our new room, I opened the doors and wow! It was a 2-floor suite! It was amazing! I wanted to live in it haha. We were very exhausted and tired but it was a very sweet experience to have! My favourite was the bathroom as we had double sinks! (Yup that’s my thing)
Overall, our stay in this hotel has been amazing. (Apart from the electricity problem)
We liked the staff best, they were very helpful and kind to us. Everyone who worked in this hotel has been superb! And lastly, the manager gave us 20% discount as a compensation for the electricity incident. I would recommend this hotel to others due to its great location and incredibly helpful staff.

LLiza HaronThis has got to be the cleanest and most comfortable hostel i have ever stayed in during my travels in China, with great views of the city since it's on the 21st floor, located right next to the metro surrounded by malls and restaurants. The host was very friendly, helpful and speaks pretty good English. The staff were nice as well. Although there was a minor setback during my stay, it was quickly resolved with mutual understanding. Overall, i had a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend anyone visiting Xian to choose Tiny Spot Youth Hostel.

HHualijiedeabaiThis hotel is really good. Their customer service called me in advance to ask me what I wanted for the room. They arranged the room for me in advance because I wanted a quiet room. They also had supper from 10:00 to 12:00 in the evening. There was afternoon tea on the first floor. The hotel staff were warm and generous. The room had good lighting. There was also a self-service laundry and dryer on the third floor. Free parking was available at the door, which was quite convenient. It was also very convenient to travel. There were two-way roads nearby. It was very convenient to go to the nearby Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Bell Tower, and Xiaozhai from the subway entrance. There was also an office computer on the first floor that could print things for free. After checking out, they asked if I was satisfied with my stay. It is also suitable for business trips or travel. You can come and experience it. The service is very good, and the customer service and front desk staff are very enthusiastic.

Environment: The indoor environment is okay, the main space is large and the washing space is slightly smaller, but it does not affect it. The water is quite hot when taking a shower and the water flow is relatively large.
Service: The service is good, and the attitude was very good after many consultations before going there.
Regarding parking, the hotel is on the 8th floor. If you want to park, park in the parking lot of the building. The parking lot is in the building. The parking fee is 3 yuan per hour.
The overall space is good. There are tea sets and mats on the balcony, but there are only tea sets and no tea leaves.
I feel that if there is a quilt, one more person can sleep on the balcony without any problem. We are just two people and have not tried it.
The hotel plus parking fee only costs over 200, which is quite a bargain.

YYCLIEWFantastic hotel stay with the good service from the front office staff. They provide all the information on the food, places of interest, they even follow up on the information provided.
Breakfast was very sumptuous with a good variety, especially for the lady preparing the fried eggs and noodles.
Rooms are clean and very comfortable to sleep in.
A hotel that I will come to stay in should I visit Xi'an again.
