辦理入住時剛好遇到的是前廳部雯冰經理，熱情的接待了我們一家人，因為定了兩個房間，專門幫我們安排為相鄰的房間！還贈送了我們春節小禮品，就像西安這座城市帶給我們的第一感覺，親切、如沐春風。在此以後雯冰經理還為我們提供了管家服務，全程耐心講解我們的問題，及時且高效！在春節期間能享受到如此貼心的服務還是非常開心的！不得不説西安旅遊的人真的太多了，不得不提前改變行程，下次來西安一定還會選擇西安皇苑華美達廣場酒店，非常難忘的一次體驗！

本想找一個離大唐不夜城近點的酒店，誰知交通管制，給管到這邊來了，緊急問豆包，説是性價比比較高的5星酒店，大年初一，雖説比平時貴，但大堂温馨，前台小孫服務周到，還送了代表西安文化的小禮品，房間乾淨整潔，無異味，歡迎水果小吃一份還是蠻有誠意的，可惜時間太緊，享受不了去華清池，兵馬俑的旅行免費大巴一天遊了，很贊👍🏻
