Staff is friendly and cleaning ladies aswell. Location is good near the ancient city wall.

The hotel location is good. The staff members are quite helpful. The facilities are bit old but it is good for the money we paid for.

It's literally next to the wall of the city, location is great and easy to find the hotel.
I had to stay a little longer than I planned but there was no problem, I could easily extend my stay and the staff was always ready to help me. Absolutely recommended.
(They don't speak English tho, or not much)

The bathroom stinks 😷. The toilet cannot be flushed and when you walk into the room the smell is just so awful. For the price paid for the night the least is to update the toilets. Showering here was horrible only cos I needed a shower. Front desk guy very unwilling to help with foreigner and advise accordingly since everything in Xi’an is so far apart.
