西安諾世嘉頓酒店的服務讓我和家人非常滿意，是近期出行住五星級酒店服務最好的一次。1.Laity 管家無微不至，有求必應。微信問景點，特產，房間服務一系列事項每次都完美解決。2.客房總監的服務也非常到位貼心。3.我媽年紀大，溜達一天很累，晚上回酒店給準備了貼心的熱牛奶，零食，泡腳桶（有草葯包）。4.回程的飛機很早，酒店頭一天就給準備了送機，打包好早餐。5.中西雙早，一定要吃酒店主廚做的肉夾饃，餅皮超級酥脆，比外面飯店或者景點吃的正宗很多很多，用餐環境乾淨放心。6.酒店健身房特別好，晚上麪食吃多了去健身房運動一下，專業，安靜，設備全新。 總結：推薦入住，真實體驗。
