Best Hotels near Kuyuhe, Xi＇an

Overall, it's okay. If you have high requirements, don't try it. Because it is in the middle of the mountain, the environment is okay, the hotel is average, and the hot spring water is a bit turbid because there are many people. Finally, I found the swimming pool and it felt better. I had a bit of a bad experience because I went to the swimming pool without a swimming cap. I bought a swimming cap. The label showed 46 yuan, but the front desk insisted that it was 48 yuan. I was speechless. They told me that the label was wrong. One woman had a particularly bad attitude. She refused to solve the problem and kept telling me that it was only 48 yuan.

My family went to the hot springs on weekends and didn’t want to go back to Xi’an to have a barbecue. So we chose this yard. Seven houses can accommodate many people. The ground floor is a place for drinking tea and chatting and barbecue. You can use the road kitchen for free if you add a little site fee. There was a beautiful sister who was very enthusiastic and helpful. We quarreled until late and found it to be disturbing. She kept saying that it was okay. Of course, we still need to take care of the peace of the neighbors around us, but she has been helping us all the time. Very close to Tiantan there is a car pick-up, suitable for going.

Clean and hygienic, the surrounding environment is beautiful. The scenery is good in the afternoon or early morning!

Excellent location near the drum and bell towers and close to metro. Lots of great street food nearby! Stunning terrace with view of drum tower, beautiful during the day and at night! Arrived at 1am and the helpful staff at reception offered us a free breakfast. Food wasn’t that great for western options and probably would have been disappointed if I had paid for it but a lovely gesture from the staff. Coffee was good!! Room was clean and spacious with good AC. Would stay here again!!

The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. They were able to speak some English and had translation apps ready when they couldn’t. The rooms were clean and nice. The coffee and breakfast was good. It was a nice location not too busy and loud. There was a school next door but you didn’t hear it which is great. The sitting area was very cute and cozy.

Ibis hotels are good and this one is also good ☺️ Free water, tea, breakfast is absolutely amazing yummy 😋 😋 People on the reception were helpful. They give you money back for the taxi from Xi'an north, this station itself is just 10 mins far from the hotel (by car). [Don't try to walk there, by Google maps you will not find it. Dear hotel, adjust your location on Google maps] Unfortunately, i had really bad smell of sigarrets from the room nearby, it was very heavy... You shouldn't allow ppl smoke near the rooms with non smoking people.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton Xi'an and overall had a good experience, although there were a few hiccups at the beginning of our stay. Upon arrival, we found that there was no assistance provided beyond the usual passport verification during the check-in process. We were simply given our room key and left to find our own way to the room. To our disappointment, upon entering the room, we discovered a blood stain on the bed. This was obviously unacceptable and made our stay quite uncomfortable. Due to language difficulties and the late hour of our check-in, we improvised by placing large towels on the bed. The following morning, we reported the issues with the check-in process and the unsatisfactory room condition to the manager. The manager, Sabrina, was very apologetic and quickly arranged for us to be moved to a cleaner room. Additionally, as a gesture of goodwill, they gifted us a bottle of wine and some fruits. Sabrina went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant and enjoyable holiday at the Sheraton Xi'an. The room service was efficient, and the prices were reasonable. The staff members were welcoming and friendly, creating a warm atmosphere throughout our stay. We would like to suggest that Sheraton pays attention to addressing these small hiccups, as mentioned above. Despite the initial issues, we ultimately had a positive experience and enjoyed our stay. We really enjoyed our days at the hotel. It is located in the center of Xi’an. We just struggled at the beginning a lot as the address on Trip was not the right one on our map, but everything has been really fine when we finally arrived.

I would like to give special compliment to this staff, Ms. Cherry, 小金。 she had been very helpful and polite ... She provide excellent service... and always served with a lovely smile, it make visitors feel at home... if I come back Xi'an again, I shall choose Ramada Bell Tower Hotel .
