The house is quite big, and the customer service responded promptly even though it was late at night.

Room was good, spacious and clean and the Aircon worked well. The staff at reception were very rude and unfriendly. If you are going to work on a hotel reception you should at least say hello to the guests or offer a smile or even just look up from your phone. The Egyptian guy who worked there was nice though. They have lots of nice cats in the reception. The common spaces are not really used and especially the roof had a lot of rubbish lying around, I don't think anyone ever uses it. We found it difficult to get any breakfast in the area.

We arrived late at night, and Hua Shan welcomed us with exceptional attentiveness. She was very caring and polite, leaving us with a great first impression. Our room was clean, new, and well-decorated. The breakfast exceeded my expectations, especially considering the price. The dining area staff, particularly the aunties, were extremely helpful and went out of their way to explain the breakfast options. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the metro station. And there were convenience stores nearby. However, one minor issue I had was that the bathroom door and toilet wall were partially visible from outside the room, which I found a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, I had read in other reviews that the hotel provided suanmeitang when guests checked out, but I did not receive anything. So, I’m unsure if this is a regular practice 🤔

The room is very nice, Feng'an Swing King Room Facilities: Disposable slippers, shower slippers, hair dryers, towels, bath towels, toiletries are all provided free of charge, bathtubs, disposable bathtub covers are provided. Swings are more suitable for girls to take pictures or play with children, and children absolutely love it. Hygiene: The whole place is very clean, and toiletries, toothbrushes, combs, etc. are all disposable. The material of disposable slippers is also very comfortable. The towels and bath towels are different from other traditional hotels. They are customized waffle towels. The paper box and lampshade in the room are also handmade leather materials. Service: The housekeeper is very enthusiastic to solve many problems we raised, and there is no need to make a food guide. Let the locals recommend it directly. Very good, worth a thumbs up! 🎈🎈

Wonderful stay! Rooms were comfortable and very clean. The front desk attendant who checked us in let us know that our original room (one large bed) could pick up noise from a nearby nightclub and offered to switch us to a room with two twin beds further away from the noise at no extra cost, which was appreciated. The free laundry machines/dryers were very convenient. The breakfast options were a bit sparse compared to other Holiday Inn Expresses I’ve stayed at in China, but there is still quite a bit of variety. The location of the hotel was great — very central and close to subway lines. Overall a very enjoyable experience!

A friend & I stayed in a private 2-bed room with private bath. The beds and pillows were excellent, & the room cooled quickly due to good air conditioning. It was July and hot outside. The hostel has a great laundry room, including detergent and dryers! There are many young people staying here, so the environment is fun and lively, with billiards, live music, & a bar for enjoying coffee, beer, or adult beverages. The breakfast (optional) was adequate but very simple. Since Xi'an is a great foodie destination, probably most guests don't eat in the hostel. Our Chinese language skill is very low, but the front desk was helpful and patient, even though the hostel was very, very busy. Oh, the location is perfect: next to the bell tower, super-close to the metro, and a short walk to the Muslim food streets.

The hotel is fine, but the pictures are way too flattering. All in all it is clean but decadent, flakey walls and broken things (like the shower nozzle or the shower door). It's cheap, so you get what you pay for, I guess, and our stay wasn't unpleasant. Clean sheets and very kind staff, free laundry service help having a good memory, but the noisy street and the view on a narrow alleyway in front of a tall building don't.

We were very satisfied with our stay. The room is a good size and the bed is comfortable. We stayed on the 2nd floor with a window facing the street. Some street noise but not a problem at all for us. We didn't need the room to be cleaned daily and the cleaner checked in with us often in case we needed any extra like new towels and stuff. The location is a little further out from the Bell Tower also not a problem for us as we enjoyed the walk and the Metro Stop is really close by. If you intend to walk on Xi'An Ancient Wall. It's also right around the corner. you will start from the West Gate Tower Gate. Overall, we are very happy. Oh, extra points for the free laundry/dryer. Super helpful as we are on the road for a month. Staff were really friendly.

I booked two rooms in this hotel during the National Day. The location is very convenient. The hotel is just outside the subway entrance. The newly installed hotel facilities are very new. When entering the lobby, there is a little girl's question mark. Xiaoji at the front desk gave the child a small balloon and a five-star sticker. , Xiaomeng also helped us upgrade the room, so I happily booked another six days in this hotel. The hotel has always been able to maintain such high quality of service and products. I will recommend them next time I come to Xi'an.
