空調一直不暖和，屋子裡有股舊舊的味道。屋子裡的電視也基本不能用。
好處是酒店離小西天超級近，很方便。早餐也不錯

早餐比網絡評價的要好一點，還有梨湯，不錯的。房間硬件整體也沒太大問題。
淋浴的水質實在太差，剛剛放出來的水是黃的，洗完澡，頭髮比沒洗還臟，都粘成塊了。水壓也很小，冬天水不熱。冬天淡季酒店價格便宜，其他都能理解，這個完全沒法同理心，既然開業，至少要確保水質乾淨。

設施：很爛，沒有熱水。零下13度的天氣，水温可能只有20度。一個酒店連起碼的熱水都沒辦法提供。太差了
服務：前台態度很差，去問熱水問題，衹會説多放放，放到變成冷水也沒熱起來。
環境：一般。衹能説被攜程騙進來的。

到小西天旅遊住在這裏非常合適，可以徒步走過去，早早的趕第一撥遊客到小西天參觀，酒店有早餐，晚餐在酒店點的餐，一般般，酒店設施一般般。
