It was no greetings at all from any staff when I firstly arrived the hotel. It was quite inconvenient communication 'coz no one could speak English. Nevertheless, all staff tried to use google translation with me and the service was better than the first day. Room and amenities were good but the toilet had a bad smell. And toilet on the 1st floor was very dirty and surrounded with cigarette odor.😣 By the way, the hotel location are really perfect. There are lots of street food, restaurants, shops, convenient stores, and drug stores. Some shops open until late night. Easy to find something to eat at night.😆

The price/performance ratio is very good and the location is really good! You have to go early for breakfast, otherwise you really won't be able to eat anything. The hotel is surrounded by Shigu Snack Street, which is really convenient.

After checking in, I saw that the room was quite big and very clean, so I immediately booked an extra night. Recently, Xiamen tourist accommodation is very expensive, but here it is very cheap and very cost-effective. Although it is a bit far from scenic spots such as Zhongshan Road, there is a subway, so you don’t have to change lines. The location was excellent as there is food and shopping mall within walking distance. There is also a night market across the main road via a pedestrian bridge. The hotel staff were friendly and service was excellent.

This hotel was great for a long layover as it is close to the airport. The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean and big. When we arrived, check in was very smooth and Zoey Zeng at the front desk was super helpful and even upgraded our room for free.

I have stayed here at least once a month for many years, good value and the location is perfect for me, the staff are always very helpful, I would recommend this hotel, breakfast is not very good as only seems to be the normal Chinese breakfast, coffee is not worth trying as from a vending machine and comes with sugar. To be honest, I like the hotel and will continue staying there, but please make some improvements to your breakfast
