Great value for money! First of all, the location is convenient. You can walk to Xiamen Subway Station, Railway Station, and BRT in about eight minutes. Opposite the store is Jinpang Park. The reception at the front desk is normal, and a deposit is required. The room is considered five stars, and the cleanliness is okay! Brilliant location, helpful staff, who helped with all belongings, taxi order, provided later check up. Breakfast was rich, full of local food, vegetable, fruit. Whereas we check out on 29th of September ( mid autumn festival ), branch was provided for free. Room equipped on higher standard, perfect gym. Fully recommended for business travellers, who need fast wifi connection.

Wow what a brilliant hotel! I had originally booked for 2 nights and was going to go somewhere else in Fujian for my last 2 nights but we liked the hotel so much we spent the whole stay here. The staff is super friendly and helpful they went above and beyond to help us. The hotel has a lot of great amenities including a spa, swimming pool and restaurant. The pool has a really great view over the lake and of the city. The breakfast is mostly Chinese which is fine for me. I recommend the noodles they were delicious. We also ordered in from the hotel restaurant and tried Xiamen’s ginger duck which I highly recommend trying. The location is also brilliant it’s a 10 minute didi to Xiamen train station, the ferry to Gulangyu, the Paragon centre, the Mixc etc. There’s also a hospital next door that has a really quick and efficient covid testing centre for those of you that need a covid test to travel. Overall this was a great hotel and I will definitely be back for my next trip

Excellent stay at Atour Light. The front desk staff are incredible, especially ChenChen, who helped organise trips and deal with any issues that arose. They go above and beyond for you. The hotel also has little extras, like a free laundry service that give an even better experience. Great location, right next to a huge shopping mall and a subway very close by. The hygiene in the house is quite comfortable, but the toiletries and care items are lacking. For example, cotton swabs and cotton pads are not provided. Overall, it is good.

I think I originally wanted to book a Super 8 Hotel, which is next to Xiamen Railway Station. Who knew that I booked the Super 8 Holiday Mall Hotel in Sixia Holiday City, which is about one kilometer from the train station. Looking at the photos of the hotel, it is a water blue and attractive new room, but it is indeed a bit old when we arrive. However, in order to avoid liquidated damages, we had to stay that night because the Wi-Fi was unavailable. The counter clerk asked all kinds of questions, the TV still couldn’t be turned on, and said our mobile phone was not good, but we endured it and saw that the breakfast was quite rich the next day. There was a lovely security brother who helped us turn on the TV.

It is recommended to put a bedside table lamp in the room for easy use before going to bed. The ceiling light is too bright.
