I booked the room for my family, and I was really touched when I saw the room that I brought a child and upgraded for free. The details determine the quality! It shows that they are very attentive to service, the room is large, it is very suitable for bringing children, and the hygiene is also OK! It's very easy to find the hotel when you get out of Exit 3 of the subway! Recommended 👍!

The room is great and comfortable…the service and attitude of the staff is excellent and they speak good English. The bath and view from the room are also very good. Breakfast could be improved with more vegetables and better coffee.

We recently stayed for 1 night. But we need spend more time in Xiamen for an unexpectedly long time. So, back to this hotel and stayed a few more days. We received a very warm welcome at check-in and a welcome back gift in the room. Beautiful room with a wide and nice view, good desk to do the work and a lovely sofa to relax. Neat cleaning of the room every day. We gratefully made use of the Continental Club on the 8th floor. Very tasty, high-quality and delicious food. The furnishings feel like a living room where you immediately feel at home and at ease. The wait staff is professional and friendly with an appropriate distance. The hotel manager and the relationship manager made an effort for a personal conversation. Very attentive. Sufficiently qualified restaurants and lobby for your high tea with friends or business meetings. Highly recommended.

The owner verry kind and helpfull.. he pickup us even we arrive around 1 am.. and make him trouble when send back to airport.. the room very cozy, wifi nice, plenty food on down of apartment.. plenty amenities he give us.. just prepare Wechat before you arrive to contact the owner (Mr.Ma) for easy communication..

Great value for money! First of all, the location is convenient. You can walk to Xiamen Subway Station, Railway Station, and BRT in about eight minutes. Opposite the store is Jinpang Park. There is also Robertson Shopping Mall nearby, with everything you need. There is a supermarket nearby downstairs. Duoshishi has a suitable one. The reception at the front desk is normal, and a deposit is required. There is a free min bar for the first time you stay, free coffee and cookies on the second floor, and a free laundry room, first come first served! The room is considered five stars, and the cleanliness is okay! The shortcomings of the beauty are that there is no space, the air conditioner cannot be adjusted, and it is always 24-25 degrees, which is very uncomfortable! However, the body’s physical sensation is 26-27. It affects the quality of sleep. If it can be improved, it will be 100% perfect!

I enjoyed my stay and would come back again! The staff didn't speak English but I added them on wechat and was able to message them if I had any issues. The room was also spotless. Having a washing machine was nice as I could wash my clothes whenever I wanted. It's also near SM city which is a good place to do a bit of shopping. It's also near a bus station and a short walk to the metro station.

Location is very convenient, just a short walk from Xiamen train station. However, it's next to a primary school which can be noisy in the daytime. The room is quite small and the facilities is also a little bit run-down. It'd be nice if they can renovate the hotel to make it look more pleasant. As for the staff attitude, they're nice and friendly.

All I can say is this: next time I come to Xiamen, Jin Yan will be my first choice. If I meet relatives, friends or business guests, I strongly recommend choosing Jinyan. Because there is no way! There is really no way! On the last day of a trip, I thought I would make do with one night and take advantage of the free airport bus. I really didn’t expect it and I regret it! I regret not checking in earlier! I can't imagine any other hotel that can provide more perfect nanny-level services than Jin Yan! I must mention my thanks to Xiaolan, the butler whom the hotel ”rewarded” to me. She gave me extremely thoughtful, meticulous and even warm ”care” throughout my entire stay from check-in to check-out! I can't imagine that other hotels can be so generous in giving so many gifts and surprises to their guests. Looking back, I still wonder if this industry is too complicated and there must be such a big investment, but all the staff are so kind. Seeing a smile that comes from the heart and sincerely makes me feel that it is a sense of faith! That is a spirit! ”Legend has it” that Jin Yan will see many Xiamen Airlines stewardesses. Although I have some small expectations, I still know that I haven't seen many good-looking stewardesses in the past ten years. Who would have thought! The staff at various positions at Jin Yan are all handsome men and beauties! I must praise my strong willpower for not picking up the camera to secretly take pictures... The last thing that needs to be praised is Jin Yan’s breakfast. Even though it is rich in variety, the taste simply breaks my stereotype of Hujian Province’s food desert! That's it, I have to save some praise for the second brush, the third brush and the N brush

I choose this hotel is because it near Gaoqi Airport in Xiamen, it takes around 10 min by Taxi to the hotel. The lobby service team is friendly and nice. The breakfast in the hotel is good, so many choices and the food is delicious. One more good point is the hotel had provided the self-laundry service, i can wash my cloths and dry the cloths by the dryer machine, love the service they provided.

I have been to this hotel before and it still have the same service as before.. The staff have been very helpful and courteous as well It made our visit even more pleasurable
