非常棒的房子，自己房子改的民宿，住得很舒服，有廚房衞生間，還特別安靜。我開始怕不好就定了一天，因為房間太好，又續一天，原來打算再住一天，別人已經訂走了，我們才轉石浦去玩。老闆娘人特別好，有什麼問題都及時回覆，住得很滿意

離沙灘很久，樓下就是沙灘，吃飯的地方也近。方便極了。廚房也不錯，一家人度假蠻好的。價格非常合適，性價比高。

民宿不備礦泉水，挺好笑的；附近都是爛尾樓，晚上沒幾家亮着燈的，進出難得見一兩個人，門口衹有一家便利店；另外訂的時候不説，退房當天説廚房不乾淨還要扣按金，呵呵呵，誰出來玩住宿還跟家裡一樣給你收拾乾淨啊……（雖然我們沒用廚房），估計就為了做一次生意吧、拉黑！看到的朋友們趕緊避雷避雷！！！！！

位置很好，路對面就是沙灘大海，小區裏可以停車。自帶廚房，可以買海鮮自己烹飪。管家細緻入微，響應很快，一開始找不到熱水開關，師傅上門速度也很快。

訂的兩室房間，在恆大小區裏面，小區出門對面就是下沙沙灘，晚上有酒吧和駐唱，離松蘭山也很近，第二天去了松蘭山玩了半天，再説下房間，真的很乾凈舒適，有做飯的廚房用品，不過我們也沒有用，自己帶了個小電鍋早上給娃煮了點粥。總體非常滿意！推薦入住！

完美的一次出行，帶孩子玩海，對面是免費的沙灘，可以在沙灘上喝酒唱歌抓螃蟹。房間乾淨整潔停車方便，還能自己在邊上市場賣海鮮自己燒着吃，車子充電站一公里，還能體驗防波堤磯釣。總結是一次快樂的出行

房間有三個，衞生上面挺乾淨的，兩個大房間，一個房間，適合六個人居住，對於我們這種一家人出門的剛剛好。浴巾什麼的放了一次性的，但裏面有幾包沒有毛巾..不太好的還有梳子，太脆了，根本沒用力就斷了，希望房東可以換一下。
房東服務很到位，需要什麼聯繫好，馬上就送來了。離沙灘很近，走路很方便，還是比較推薦的。

房間打掃很乾凈，沒有異味，陽台看山，風很涼快，離沙灘很近，很多沙灘排擋，家人一起出行非常適合，停車也非常便宜
