Great location. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Drainage system rather loud. Can hear whenever other guests are using the tap/shower. On the whole, it is good. Will still go back to Atour for my next trip to Xiangshan

The room was very clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom had plenty of hot water. There was no odor. The waiter was very nice. Free parking was available and the breakfast was very good. The buns were a little cold. The fruit was also very fresh.

Good service. I had a cup of hot black tea when I checked in. The breakfast room is large and has many breakfast varieties. Qiao Xuxu and Yumeng provided good service.

The hotel service is OK, but the soundproofing of the room is really bad. When someone uses water, there is a huge noise, especially at night, it is almost like there is a small waterfall next to it.
