帶長者、孩子出行，老小都表示非常滿意！房間幫我們安排在了相鄰兩間，還免費升級。房間很大，帶大浴缸、大陽台，陽台還有張休閑床，晚上躺在陽台床上，聽聽海浪的聲音，無比愜意！入住前一天，管家瑩瑩就提前加了微信進行服務，衹要合理範圍內，有求必應，貼心周到，非常感謝！100元餐飲抵用券、贈送的小童挖沙玩具、贈送的飲品券也非常實用。下次去象山一定會選擇再入住皇冠！

房間直麪大海，每個海景房都可以看到酒店的室外泳池，沙灘和大海，可惜天太熱，不然在陽台的沙發上聽聽海浪聲，小娃們的戲水聲，愜意且舒適
酒店服務一如既往，出發前有管家Ivy Chen提前聯繫，告知路線，避免繞路，瞭解需求，所以一路過來直至辦理入住一切都非常順利，酒店員工也非常熱情，賓至如歸的感覺
酒店設施特別適合幼兒園到三年級以前的小朋友，室內外泳池，沙灘，瑞寶樂園，卡丁車，免費的挖沙工具，解放父母，雙贏的結局
就兩點希望酒店可以稍作改善，一點就是房間陽台門窗處發現蟑螂…不知道是不是地理位置的關係，朝向大海會比較招蚊蟲，希望酒店可以想辦法改善，另外一點就是餐飲，不管是自助早餐和自助晚餐，品種真的少的可憐，部分食物不新鮮，吃到的是死蝦，三文魚也是沒處理乾淨的，水果相對都是比較廉價的，品質也非常一般，實在和酒店的星級不能匹配，酒店號稱也是金鑽酒店…

房間很大，乾淨整潔，陽台就可以看海景。入住前賓客服務中心的lvy chen 就打電話提前告知一些注意事項 併為寶寶準備了嬰兒床。入住期間，她一直有聯繫我們，詢問我們需要什麼幫助之類的。離店後，發現有東西遺落房間，也是她幫忙找的。很棒的一次體驗！
