一如既往的好，去象山必住的酒店，管家lvy chen熱情服務，態度完美，回覆及時，不得不表揚一下早餐，非常豐富，朋友帶了90多歲長者入住，聽説早餐長者吃的很開心，而且服務很好，會主動幫長者拿食材

預訂階段，管家小黃便展現出非凡的熱情與專注。原本預訂的海景房，為我免費升級到了海景套房。套房的大陽台，聽着海浪輕柔地拍打着沙灘的聲音，感受海風帶着鹹鹹的清新氣息，帶來無盡的愜意。
在出行前，小黃的細心更是讓我感動不已。主動告知高德導航的異常，並在我諮詢路線時，及時的回覆，讓我順利抵達酒店。
入住期間，小黃的管家式服務堪稱無微不至。無論是關於酒店設施的使用，還是周邊景點的諮詢，小黃總是能迅速且詳盡地回答。不僅如此，酒店全體工作人員似乎都傳承了小黃這種貼心的管家式服務理念。衹要我流露出一絲需要幫助的神情，他們都會像小黃一樣，主動上前，熱情而真誠地伸出援手，讓人彷彿置身於家人的關懷之中。
而酒店對小童的友好程度更是超乎想象。一到酒店，孩子就收到了一份特別的禮物 —— 免費贈送的挖沙工具。色彩鮮艷的小鏟子、小桶，瞬間點燃了孩子對沙灘的嚮往。看着孩子拿着工具在沙灘上歡快地奔跑、堆沙堡，臉上洋溢着純真的笑容，我們也感受到了久違的童真。
在用餐方面，酒店同樣考慮得十分周到。小童餐具種類豐富多樣，造型可愛有趣，有卡通人物形狀的餐盤、動物造型的勺子，一下子就吸引了孩子的注意力，讓用餐變得充滿樂趣。這不僅解決了孩子吃飯不專心的問題，還為用餐時光增添了不少歡樂氛圍。
