Excellent service at this hotel! Service: Overall, the service was fantastic. The front desk staff, especially Loen and Leo, were incredibly attentive, helpful, and efficient! Environment: The hotel's environment is generally very good! It's perfect for a vacation! Facilities: As a new hotel, all the facilities are complete and in great condition! Cleanliness: I didn't encounter any cleanliness issues during my stay; it was very good!

The room was incredibly clean and tidy. I was told by the housekeeping staff that Bianshan (Bianshan Mountain) was right nearby, as the hotel is located in a tourist area. Unfortunately, my schedule was too tight to visit this time, but I'll definitely keep it in mind for next time. Luckily, I caught the dinner buffet and decided to go down and try it. There was a wide variety of dishes, and the salmon was excellent. They even offered individual mini hot pots.
