看着網上圖片還不錯就到店看看，看完就下訂單了。床品些都很舒適，很乾凈，熱水充足水壓很大，服務員很熱情，跟我們説了一些祥雲的特色美食和小吃，有什麼問題也馬上就幫忙處理了。房間裏連不上WiFi也很快幫忙弄了，入住期間網速真不錯，刷視頻沒有卡頓的，因為家裡用的網老卡，退房時候問了前台，前台説是為了提高每一位客人的住宿體驗，老闆花重金開通了每個房間都是100兆獨立光纖，其他各項住宿體驗都很好，總之物超所值，性價比很高！

優點：離高鐵站和鐘鼓樓都很近，位於市中心，房間很大，大落地窗視野很好無遮擋，光線也很好。熱水澡水壓很大很舒服，床墊軟硬適中睡了一個好覺。尤其是一次性馬桶墊，一次性紙杯，娃哈哈礦泉水以及護髮素是我沒想到的，還有沙發，房間乾淨衞生無異味通風好，可能也跟牆面都是硅藻泥有關，沒有那種塑料味，躺在沙發上俯瞰祥雲城景，玩着手機居然睡著了，可以説性價比很高了。第二天起來洗漱結束神清氣爽！
缺點：不像是剛剛裝修的，但各種設備設施還是比較新的。問了才知道是跟樓下花筏酒店一起裝修的，以前是同一家，衹是現在名字分成兩個了。在一個購物廣場裏面，車停地下室一時沒找到入口，不過停車是免費的。負一樓就有一個大型超市，到酒店的同一部電梯就能到達，不過可能人多，等電梯時間有點久。
總體還是比較推薦的，主要我比較喜歡住視野開闊光線好的，這樣心情會很放鬆，不壓抑。

環境：靠近中心 ，外出方便。
