首先説明酒店各方面都很好，我之前住的時候前台的姐姐人也很好，這次應該是個例，第一，入住的時候前台效率很慢，一個客人辦入住就要等三十分鐘，説明前台操作不熟練。第二，房間很冷，空調温度開到最高也沒效果，下樓找前台，前台還在忙着給客人辦入住沒空，回到房間以後，接到前台電話，意思是中央空調沒開，所以房間的空調沒反應是正常的，請問已經11月了，中央空調不開是合理的嗎？前台還反問我為什麼其他客人不覺得冷，就我覺得冷？，你不覺得這樣的話從一個前台嘴裏説出來很搞笑嗎？酒店其他方面真的很好，我不想因為一個前台人員的失誤就否定酒店的所有，下次依舊還是會訂秦皇假日

酒店地理位置交通便利，停車方便！酒店環境很好，酒店大堂明亮整潔很大氣，工作人員很專業，服務熱情。房間設施非常新，而且都是非常好的衞浴品牌，房間非常寬敞，他家最便宜的房型都秒殺很多西安市區那些七八百加的酒店～配備都很齊，早餐也很豐富，光是麪條米線都有很多種口味～
ps：不知道什麼時候把自己的蘋果無線耳機落在酒店大廳了，今天退房之後才注意到，趕緊打電話到前台。前台有個叫陳鳳的工作人員幫我去房間到處找，還反覆溝通了幾次電話，最後真的幫我找到了，還非常熱心地幫我發了快寄，這個五星好評當之無愧必須給她！！！以後有機會還會入住咸陽這家秦皇假日酒店。給他們工作態度加雞腿[強][強][強][強]
