酒店的選址確實就像開了掛一樣，與大自然相宜的章，非常的安靜美好！ 酒店的服務確實衹能打1分，因為對於這樣的價位的酒店來説你提供的服務是非常可怕的，首先酒店前台不會主動介紹套餐裏本身就帶的項目，要多次追問才會跟你説，很多項目酒店前台自己也不熟悉，是不是想盡量少的讓客人去參加這些項目？ 酒店的餐廳更是一個非常神奇的地方，酒店的餐真的非常好吃，但是服務和經理的服務真的是非常非常差勁，我們5點30左右就到餐廳，因為帶了寶寶，特意讓服務員備註先燒麪條，一共5-6菜，大家大眼瞪小眼不知道等了多久，去問經理什麼時候可以上菜，經理也是各種理由打馬虎眼，什麼你6點多才點的，什麼已經在催了，然後過了很久才開始上菜，寶寶們已經別的菜吃飽了，我們決定麪條不要了，就跟經理説退了吧，然後過了一會兒服務員把麪條端過來了，經理夠厲害的不會自己過來解釋一下嗎？然後最後一個主食炒飯，我們等到了7點多還沒上，我們也説要退掉，説讓我們等一下，馬上就好了，又等了很久，接近7點20，這時炒飯上來了一起端過來的有4份，旁邊一桌剛來不久的客人的炒飯也是一起來的，這個炒飯是一定要湊夠幾份才能一起炒嗎？你們的經理沒有一點點的風度和處理事情的能力，滿口胡言！當然不可否認的是飯菜味道確實很好！ 插曲，這個酒店的接駁車小哥哥們都非常的細心，但是你會發現很多服務員都有躲避式服務，遠遠的看到客人就躲了，生怕問你點問題，也是震驚了！ 新昌安嵐真的很美，很多人都説瑕不掩瑜，每件事的發生當然都會有很多的理由，但是大家出來玩一年中也就幾天，不求照顧，衹求做好每個人的本職工作吧！感覺佔據這樣的美景，如果可以交給艾迪遜或者麗晶的團隊來管理，應該會跟大自然更加的相宜的章吧！ 在此特別感謝攜程客服，真的是無微不至的服務，佩服，非常感謝！

Before checking in, I contacted the hotel to put forward some requirements and then added her WeChat. According to my preferences, I provided different room types for me to choose. Finally, I lived in the two-bedroom duplex villa of Qingyaju. I used to live in Linjiangju, and this time I could live in a different one. It is built on the mountain, facing the cliff and the stream. The first floor is the living room, dining room and guest bathroom. The second floor is two bedrooms with separate bathrooms. The master bedroom also has a large terrace, all equipped with bathtubs. In addition to towel bathrobes, thin cotton bathrobes are also prepared, which can be worn as pajamas. All kinds of drinks in the refrigerator are free and replenished in time, and the welcome fruit is also a big portion. It is so comfortable for our two families to sit in the living room filled with sunshine and warm to drink tea and chat together! The breakfast is very rich and opens until 10:30. There are local special snacks. There are not many guests recently, so you can have a leisurely meal. The housekeeper took the initiative to ask if we were here for birthdays or anniversaries. After understanding the situation, he sent a cake and gave us an extra fruit plate because it was delivered late. He also recommended nearby restaurants. It is a few minutes walk from the back door of the hotel to Xiayanbei Village, where you can see the sea of ​​clouds and several local restaurants. It is so convenient! On the day of check-out, Miss Helen took the initiative to delay our check-out and sent us energy packs to eat on the way. It was so thoughtful! This weekend was simply perfect.
