Hotel management and service undoubtedly have standards, and many are now looking to learn from Brother Dong Lai's quality. I believe learning is one aspect, but dedicated employees are another. Even the strongest management can't compare to a group of self-motivated employees, and they've achieved that. I even think they do a better job than what I experienced at Pang Dong Lai.
