酒店環境挺好的，夠安靜，服務熱情貼心，答覆很及時， 房間衞生乾淨整潔，設施也很完善，熱水沒問題，洗手間空間大，還有冰箱和免費贈送的飲料、礦泉水，老闆大氣~

設施：酒店裝修的很好很時尚，是星級酒店的水平。16樓餐廳早餐不錯，不管是賣相，口感都不錯。有自己的停車場，停車免費。衞生：乾淨，一塵不染。床具乾淨，用着舒服。環境：離市內景區不是很遠。緊靠信宜中學，白天還能聽到相應的廣播音樂。晚上很安靜。
服務：前台接待服務態度好。餐廳服務態度好。客房服務態度也好。整體感覺很棒。酒店裝飾也很有家的味道
