原本預訂了兩天的住宿，第一天到達後被告知房間需要調到對面一個酒店去，結果去了一看，是個私人家裡開的小旅社，我説不滿意，但是帶領我們過去的人當即就走了，衹好打電話給攜程，攜程客服很快就與店家聯繫，並給我換到了旁邊的一家賓館（房間非常好）！與我説好第二天回去住，結果第二天到達賓館後發現房間裏有一股臭味，店家打了清新劑、放了香薰，結果幾種味道加一起更加難聞，洗澡水忽冷忽熱，店家的水電工卻説是正常的，最後反應給攜程，又是攜程的客服立刻在15分鐘內幫我換到了漢庭賓館，非常感謝攜程，還是在攜程定製放心！強烈推薦攜程
