Knowing that we were going to Shenwenshan the next day, our breakfast was changed to a bento for free. The thing that touched me the most was that on the third day we went to Pingnei Umi-no-ka Onsen. Because the bus schedule had just been adjusted, we missed the last bus. We asked the hotel for help, hoping that they could call a taxi for us. Because it was already dark, the hotel couldn't call a taxi for a while, so they arranged for employees to pick us up over 40 minutes long distance, and they didn't charge any fees. When my child caught a fever on the way there and was feeling exhausted, they recommended ice packs and takeout from a nearby shop.

I think this hotel would be the best if they improved the food (breakfast selection, general restaurant meals). Even if the price goes up a little, I think it would be great if the food was more substantial.
The service afterwards and the attitude of the staff were excellent.
Finally, I was moved by the starry sky of Yakushima. I think it deserves to be comparable to Jomon Cedar. Considering the location of the hotel, I think they should do something to support stargazing at night.

I was happy that the staff were very friendly. I wish the fried flying fish was a little more cooked (I couldn't eat the heads crispy because of the overtime). They also told me a lot about souvenirs and Yakusugi. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

Clean and quiet facilities, staff is nice and helpful in spite of limited English. Public bath is on the small side, no fresh fruits for breakfast, no clear explanations for dinner how-to.
