Really great service and good location, just 2 mins walking distance to Yamagata eki, all staff are polite and willing to help. Rooms are clean

Location is just opposite site from the JR station. Big room, professional service of the hotel. U have the free drinks in the afternoon serving at their lounge. Room is big and very good organized of hotel

There are free drinks and ice cream before 12:00 in the evening. 1: The front desk service is very good. 2: The location is convenient for transportation. 3: The hotel is very quiet. You can see the sunset in the west-facing rooms. 4: The breakfast is very rich and the ramen is delicious. You can also pay for the breakfast at the front desk. The fee is 2000 yen per adult. Overall, I am very satisfied!

The hotel is in a very good location, the service staff are friendly, the facilities are complete, the space is large, and there are hypermarkets nearby. It is a very good hotel. I will continue to stay here next time I come to Yamagata.

When I told them that the bathroom in the first room I was shown had a damp smell, they immediately showed me to a room of the same type on another floor. That room didn't smell. Thank you for your quick response.
