A convenient location and close to bus terminal. Spacious room and city view. Several high quality restaurants within 10 - 15 mins walk.

Hotel room smelled of cigarette smoke although the whole hotel is supposed to be non-smoking. One female receptionist at front desk did not speak any English and dismissed guest’s request.

Conveniently attached to Yamagata JR Station, for easy access to Tokyo Shinkansen, as well as to daytrips to Ginzan Onsen and Zao Onsen Ski Resort. Our room was in the newer South Annex, comfortable and spacious. Hotel granted our room request and were attentive to our stated diet requirements. We chose Japanese breakfast set on both days and they were delicious, of excellent quality and good portions. We used one of the coin laundry machines on 2F, but wished there were more machines offered on different floors.

Excellent location, service and room size. Super convenient to Zao Onsen and Oshida station for Ginzan Onsen. Will come back again....

The hotel is well located. The interior may need some update but room was clean and it is not bad overall.

Fantastic location that links directly with the JR Yamagata Staton, and with easy access to Zao Onsen Bus. Choice of Western or Japanese breakfast. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Service was excellent. Everything works.

Really clean and tidy double single beds roon. Not worry for 1 adult + 1 child sleep on one single bed because it actually the super single bed.

Location is great. The hotel is just ONE step away from Yamagata station, great place to stay and travel to the attractions nearby - Yamadera /Zao / Yonezawa / Ginzan. Room was spot less and specious, with great veiw. Staffs' ability to speak English is limited, but they are helpful.

We were really happy to stay in this hotel. The location was very central and connected with other mean of transportations (busses and trains) which is very beneficial if you are going to visit Zao Onsen or Ginzan Onsen. They also connected to this mall S-Pal (with supermarkets and small resto). The room very clean and full with amenities. The staff really helpfull. No complain at all.

Attached to Yamagata Station. Easy for transportation. Although we weren’t allowed for early checked in, they help us kept most of luggage in their storage. Luggage that Ive sent from my previous destination were directly sent to my room. Lobby staff were friendly. Room was spacious, bed were big enough for us (2 adults and a 4 years old boy). They even give my son amenities (slippers and toothbrush sets). Laundry service was affordable although located in another wing, the machine usage status frequently updated in the tv info page. Very helpful. Breakfast was either set of japanese or english breakfast. We are a muslim family, although they cannot provide halal food but the team hell us to omit meat products. Both me was luxurious and delicious. Recommended place to stay if you’re in Yamagata.

the hotel is linked to the yamagata train station which is super convenient for family with kids. the room is very spacious. we truly enjoy our stay there!

Just few steps from exit door of JR. Very love this place.
