picture show was abit different on actual room , the actual stay it actually enjoy the room was big and clean just the hotel a bit aged and it look a bit ******* , but actually everything look good and , there was just 2 or 3 staff in the hotel .

We chartered a car to travel independently, so it didn't feel far, but if you come here by yourself, this place is quite remote. The room is the Japanese style I like, quite spacious, and you can see Mount Fuji when you open the window. The hotel's hot spring is more like a Chinese bathhouse, and the outdoor one is not open yet. The hotel also has a comic book room, billiards and piano, etc. It is a quiet Japanese-style inn.

The location is far away from Lake Yamanaka, next to the campervan campground in the mountains, very remote. The room is small and the service attitude is good

This is the dirtiest hotel I've stayed in along the way. The bathroom in the room can only accommodate one person, and it's the smallest bathroom. The big bathroom downstairs is also very small, and the floor is not clean.

The hotel equipment is rudimentary, the heating is insufficient, and the entire hotel is cold. Basic first aid medicines are not available. The breakfast is one set per person, which is quite rich.

You can't see Mount Fuji from the room. Not all rooms are the same as the pictures and have windows on both sides, but you can see it from the hotel's terrace.

This time I stayed for two nights, one night and two meals, the breakfast was roughly the same on the two days; and the dinner was barbecue, one night was roast beef, and the second night was seafood. Both breakfast and dinner are served with rice and tea. The attitude of the waiters is very good, but unfortunately, the English is relatively poor, and they mainly communicate in Japanese and Mandarin. In terms of facilities, there are two indoor hot springs and a small open-air hot spring. After soaking in the hot spring, you can go to the comic room to read comics/sit low and enjoy the massage chair (no extra money for washing). In addition, there is a Zhuoqiu table in the Lobby position. The location is relatively far away, and it takes 5-8 minutes to walk to the station and the convenience store. If you are traveling by car, you can moor outside the hotel.

There is a piano billiard comic book shop in the lobby. The proprietress is very kind and patient. She speaks good Chinese. The room is super big and has a bathroom. It’s a ten-minute walk from the lake. I was lucky enough to see the fireworks show.

This is a very bad experience. In the old countryside, you can't see Mount Fuji at all. It takes a long time to drive at night to find a restaurant or a big supermarket. The staff at the front desk of the hotel spoke too bluntly and with insulting language when checking in, and I and my family members could not accept it in time. I hope your store will make rectification
