Lovely friendly hotel in a great location. Quiet at night and room temperatures were comfortable. Shower was nice with hot water. Breakfast was lovely in a nice setting by the pool. They have proper coffee and coca tea on offer. Short walk to the city and Yanahuara district.

Hôtel très mignon et coloré situé à 10min du centre historique. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et le room service au top (les plats sont incroyablement bons). Personnel très accueillant, chambre super confortable. Le seul bémol a été le bruit alentour qu’on entendait lorsqu’on était dans la chambre.

L'hôtel offre un cadre agréable avec un service impeccable. Les chambres sont confortables et élégantes et le personnel reste toujours attentif. II est tout proche à pied de la place des armes, le quartier du centre ville, un endroit incontournable. Un séjour vraiment agréable passé en famille !

Un hotel clásico pero con todo muy nuevo. Las habitaciones son amplias, con camas cómodas y el baño totalmente funcional. Todo estaba muy limpio y el personal es muy amable y atento, nos resolvieron un par de gestiones que tuvimos que hacer para completar excursiones ajenas al hotel. El desayuno es muy completo, variado y muy bueno. Además el entorno hasta las habitaciones es ajardinado y es agradable pasear por el recinto. Está cruzando el puente Grau, muy cerca del centro. Nos ha gustado tanto que en Colca repetimos empresa en el Refugio d'Elise.

Un hotel muy bonito, inspirado en el Convento de Santa Catalina, con la mayoría del personal sumamente amable y dispuesto a servir con cortesía y amabilidad, como el personal del restaurante (100 puntos la comida y el servicio, excelente). Tiene algunos detalles por mejorar, como el anunciar, pero carecer de servicio de lavandería (me dijeron que busque en la ciudad y no me pareció correcta esa respuesta). No colocan tarjetas de anexos para pedir alimentación (hay que ir hasta la recepción para solicitarlo), no colocan la guía de canales de TV y, un tema no menor: al bajar del taxi con maletas o pedir un taxi al aeropuerto, nadie ayuda en el traslado de las maletas (salvo la señorita de recepción, que tuvo la gentileza de hacerlo y le agradezco enormemente, porque no es su función, pero tuvo ese gesto de servicio y apoyo, realmente encomiable).

A really nice hotel in the same vibe than the famous Covento Santa Catalina ! The team was really lovely and helpful for everything that we asked them and gave us really good advice to have a safe and a nice travel in Arequipa. The hotel is really well located, just next to the town center and close to everything. The top is the breakfast (buffet) and the restaurant which provide a really good food. I definitly recommend it and their hotel in the Colca canyon . Thank for this week !

Fui a fines de enero por trabajo y separé una habitación con desayuno incluido. El desayuno es muy bueno, cuentan con pan local recién preparado y diversos embutidos, yogures, etc. La estancia fue bastante tranquila y la habitación bastante amplia. Si lo recomiendo, vi bastante gente que viajaba por negocios, todos con uniformes de diversas empresas, todo bastante tranquilo. Pude usar el internet en la sala común y en la habitación para algunas reuniones y todo bastante bien, me sorprendió la velocidad del internet. Si lo recomiendo. Los únicos detalles fueron los siguientes: - La piscina se veía turbia, hasta el miércoles que vi la estaban limpiando. -El precio es un poco elevado respecto a otros hoteles de la zona.

Hotel muy cómodo en Yanahuara, justo antes de cruzar el puente hacia el centro de la ciudad. Los cuartos son cómodos y tienen calefacción para los meses de invierno. Es limpio, camas cómodas y limpias y buenas almohadas. El desayuno es buffet y es variado. Me gustó.
