Good apartments, everything is there. Beach just 3 min, breakfast available downstairs, also seafood restaurants around.

This is a good place to stay if you want to save money. I paid only 60 RMB for 1 night and at that price it was great. Although the furniture in the rooms is quite old and worn, they are clean and comfortable. The view of the beach from the balcony is excellent and you can access the beach directly opposite the hotel. There are plenty of small convenience stores around and restaurants, although all the restaurants are the same type so there isn't actually a lot of choice.

Hotel is 9/10.

chose this place as I was playing golf at poly golf course.. the location is perfect as its a 5 minute walk. there is a meiyijia downstairs and a small restaurant but be aware all the restaurants in the area are seafood so if you dont like seafood youre out of luck. room is ok no smell or dirt and the view is good although you cant just go to the beach without paying

The flat has a big balcony with direct panoramic view on the sea, it has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and one living room as well as a kitchen. Very convenient for families or for staying with friends. In the kitchen, there is only one kettle to boil water and no other kitchen appliances. Within 3 minutes, the beach is accessible and there are plenty of restaurants downstairs.

There are only two elevators in one building, so it’s very difficult to wait. There are also people carrying garbage all day long. The smell is terrible. Both elevators are out of order. My feet are shaking after climbing to the 15th floor several times! Advantages: first-line sea view, very close to the beach.

I can only say that the house is too old, there is no other way, I suggest you try some new hotels, and then you will regret it if you go there, but the balcony is really okay, it is very big, and you can see the endless sea.

趁着中秋假期，來一個短途旅行。海邊是個理想的出遊地方，一線海景房一級棒。下午坐在倘大的陽台，品着咖啡，吹着習習海風，爽！

剛到陽江第一天就住到這麼好的酒店真的很爽，對面就是沙灘，是這邊離沙灘最近的公寓，房子出乎意料的乾淨和新，應該是有翻新過，光線和空氣很好，很舒服，我朋友説這個海景真的沒話説，太震撼了。。而且老闆人很好很熱情，服務很耐心，態度好，下次如果還有空來玩的話就住這

房間較舊，主要是保養不好，路由器壞的，修不好後也沒有處理意見，説是沒有房間了，可是我看了一下，當時攜程上還有同類型房間在訂！？，導致整晚無法無線上網及看電視。好的方面是位置非常好，風景不錯👍
