서울과 가깝고 온천수가 좋아서 부담 없이 갔다오기 좋네요.

바로 옆에 소노에서 숙박하려 했는데 해당 날짜에는 이미 예약이 끝나서 어쩔 수 없이 여기로 예약했어요.
이름만 호텔이지 프론트 개선 좀 해야할 것 같아요.
당일 5시 조금 넘어 도착해서 체크인 기다리고 있는데 제복을 입은 것도 아닌 직원이 프론트 돌아다니면서 설명은 안 해주고 무조건 윽박지르듯이 기다리라고ㅡ 도떼기 시장도 아니고 수선스럽기 짝이 없는데다가 이렇게 밀려 있으니 기다려달라는 설명은 커녕 협박도 아니고 다 알고 있으니 순서대로 새치기 하지 말고 순서대로 기다리라고 시끄럽게 여러번!!! 그리고 프론트에 손님이 밀려 있고 주말 오후 시간대면 진작에 직원이 더 나와서 응대를 해야지, 꿋꿋이 남직원 한명이 일처리 하고 있고…
하아….. 진짜 지배인인지 모르겠지만 호텔 서비스 개선 좀 하세요!!
그리고 체크인 가능한 시간이 한참 지났는데 중앙난방식이고, 방이 뜨거워질 때까지 시간이 걸리는거면 미리 난방을 틀어놓던가 체크인할 때라도 난방 틀어드리냐 물어봐야지 입실하니 0도에 가까운 날씨라 방바닥은 얼음장같이 차갑고, 프론트에 얘기하니 그제야 난방 틀고, 따뜻해지기 까지 2시간은 걸린 것 같네요.
양평에 땅이 있으니 선택의 폭이 없어 가끔 와서 묵고 가지만, “호텔”이라는 이름을 내리던가, 아니면 ”호텔“ 급에 맞는 서비스로 개선하시면 좋겠네요!!

제인생 최악의 호텔. 호텔이라고 말하기도 최악. 고객이 잘못한것도 아닌데 알아서하라고하며 이의를 제기하며 얘기했더니 폭언했다고, 영업방해했다고 법적으로 하라고 하며 ... 매니저가 전화를 끊다...ㅡㅡ
살다살다 내돈내고 이런성수기에 미쳤다고 이런소릴듣고 호텔같지도않는 고객서비스 응대에 호텔결제한 트립닷컴에 항의했고 지금 혈압상승으로 잠을못자고 있는 상황.
정말 요즘같은서비스 시대에 호텔예약번호가 자기들 시스템으로 잘못된것을 고객이 모르는걸 고객잘못이라고 법적으로 하라니...
정말 세상이 미쳤지 싶다. 이호텔은 절대로 영업되서는 안될호텔이다.

항상 만족하며 방문하는 곳입니다. 시설도 깨끗하고 관리도 잘 되는 곳이며 직원들도 다들 친절하시네요. 이번엔 야외 수영장 개장을 해서 처음으로 이용해봤는데 썬베드, 물놀이 장비도 비치돼 있어서 가족들과 여유롭고 즐겁게 휴식하기 최고의 장소입니다. 유황온천이 객실에도 나오기 때문에 욕조에서 즐기는 온천욕도 매우 만족도가 높습니다. ^^
