The hotel is very clean and quiet at night. The staff are very friendly. The green train and some antiques are fully reproduced. I will give this hotel oy 3 stars,this suppose to be a five,stars hotel but the brwakfast theres no cheese theres no ham so if you are foreigner doing business and,sometimes breakfast will be your meal until.dinner because you are busy this is not your hotel, there are another hotels with goid breakfast for you, the room is ok, theres no irong machine

The internet connection was excellent, allowing us to stay connected with loved ones. There is a small lake at the entrance of the hotel, and Jianzhen College is on the mountain. Take a taxi to the parking lot of Jianzhen College, and the hotel front desk will drive a battery car to pick you up. There is an intelligent voice butler in the room to control the lights and electrical appliances in the room. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the north gate of Slender West Lake, and you need to take a taxi to go to other attractions.

The adjacent yards are separated by a low wall and the fence is also very short. We had a great stay at this hotel. The view from our room was beautiful and the bathtub was excellent. The buffet was very nice as well. Isabelle at the front desk was very kind and helpful. We will definitely come back.
