When I took my child to Yangzhou, I initially booked a family room, but it didn't specify that it had a sofa bed. We then realized it was completely unsuitable for sleeping. My first attempt to communicate with the front desk was met with a very unhelpful male staff member. However, after contacting Trip.com customer service, Manager Gao from the hotel quickly stepped in. Within 10 minutes, he helped us switch to a different room type and even prepared a gift for my child. He also promptly contacted his colleagues to update the details of the family room type, changing the description from 'single bed' to 'sofa bed'. This shows great responsibility, not only to us but also to future guests (as we usually avoid sofa beds when booking family rooms). A big thank you again to Manager Gao; he is both capable and efficient. Our trip to Yangzhou ended perfectly.

This garden hotel was a great choice for our friends' get-together. The environment is lovely, with lush greenery and a peaceful atmosphere, complete with charming bridges and flowing water – perfect for beautiful photos. We enjoyed authentic Yangzhou cuisine at the hotel's Shang Palace Chinese restaurant without even leaving the premises, and as guests, we received a discount – fantastic! Our room was also clean, tidy, and well-designed. What truly deserves special mention is the front desk manager, Fu Liting. When she found out I'd left my headphones behind, she immediately found them and arranged to have them couriered to me in Shanghai. I'm incredibly grateful! Highly recommend!

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the Yangzhou Museum, and while I didn't have high expectations, I was pleasantly surprised after checking in. It's located by Mingyue Lake, and the decor is new and clean. I booked a city-view room, and I could actually enjoy the scenery outside. The service was good too; they promptly brought extra bedding, mineral water, and welcome fruits. Overall, it was a very good stay.

The hotel service staff are very good, but when I first checked in, I found that a bottle of water was opened. I thought it might be the reason for the water. I didn’t think about changing the room. I returned to the hotel at night and found that there were two pairs of very large palm prints on the glass, just like the kind left by accident at the crime scene. I was scared that my baby and I wanted to change the room. The front desk told me that it may be left by the leaking master, and there is no other room to change. I didn’t sleep all night, and I didn’t dare to sleep when I turned on the light. The picture has been uploaded. Please help me to see what is going on?

The environment is serene, with a small river and a jogging path right outside. My parents felt very safe and comfortable, and it was absolutely quiet at night, allowing them to rest well, which was a huge plus. The room was super spacious, offering plenty of room to move around. It had great natural light and ventilation, was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The attention to detail was excellent. The kids were thrilled as soon as they entered the room; the overall decor was cozy and comfortable, and the surrounding area was perfect for walks and play, making our trip completely stress-free. The front desk staff and other employees were all very friendly and attentive, responding promptly to our requests with thoughtful and thorough service. Overall, it offers great value for money. My parents found it quiet and comfortable, the kids had a blast, and we adults felt relaxed. We'll definitely prioritize staying here for future trips and sincerely recommend it to families traveling with seniors and children!

The room facilities are complete and well-maintained. The location is convenient with plenty of shopping malls and amenities nearby. The staff are friendly and very professional. The dining options are primarily Chinese now (it's a bit of a shame that the Western options, which used to be available, seem to have been discontinued, possibly due to the current downturn in the F&B industry).

I often stay here for business trips, and the surrounding facilities are very convenient. In my leisure time, I can stroll along Mingyue Lake; when I want to relax, I can enjoy various restaurants; and when I want to visit attractions, they are quite close. When I'm tired, I can enter the spacious room, take a shower to unwind, and the front desk staff are very welcoming – I'm truly delighted! Thumbs up!

The main theme of Yangzhou hotels is that the quality is not worth the price. Then I found Jinling Hotel among the crowd. I still say that at this price, what else do you want to stay in a five-star hotel? 1. Although it looks old, it has everything. It is really complete. Envelopes, white paper, pencils, paper clips, and glasses cloth on the first floor are really online. The most amazing thing is that it even has a clothes drying rack. My God, I have stayed in so many international chains and I really haven’t encountered such practical facilities. 2. The welcome fruit is very sweet. 3. The air conditioning is really awesome. I won’t go into details about the weaknesses because the price-performance ratio is extremely high.

Advantages: Although the rooms are above the 15th floor, there are four elevators that are very convenient to take. The room is very large and spacious. This is the most satisfying. There are some restaurants downstairs that are convenient to eat. Disadvantages: It takes about 25 minutes to drive from the attraction. It is not close to the attractions, but the price gap between mid-week and weekends is huge. The price on Saturday can rise to 500+. The hotel door is at the back of this building. It is too obvious to open the door on the back of the building. Find a way to hang a sign on the front. Then inside the room, the location of the small refrigerator was reserved next to the sink but there was no small refrigerator. The light control on the bedside was not easy to use. One side could not be pressed at all. The other side was turned off smoothly at night. I couldn’t turn on the light in the morning. I didn’t turn on the light many times. Helpless~ I can pull the room card and wait for the power outage before plugging in the card again. There is also a **** in the first night of the stay. Now this season, the air conditioner is not needed for heating and cooling, so I don’t turn on the air conditioner. As a result, I exhale hot air when I am almost 12 o’clock in the middle of the night. I slept in a daze and thought it was the noise of the hair dryer in the next room. After a few minutes, I woke up with four necks sweating. I don't think it is marked by a new opening in 26 years? Why are the equipment starting to age?

This hotel gave me a lot of surprises! We booked 2 rooms for 5 people. The rooms are large, clean and smart. Especially for the shower, the water volume and hot and cold are just right. If I have the opportunity to go to Yangzhou again, I will definitely stay here again. I hope the business of this hotel will become more and more prosperous!
