Let's start with the downsides: Since the family room can accommodate three adults, there should be three sets of towels, bath towels, tooth mugs, drinking glasses, and coffee cups, not just two. Even children or teenagers need their own bath towel and tooth mug. Also, the curtain button was sometimes a bit unresponsive. Now for the positives: 1. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. You can walk to the South Gate of Slender West Lake, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. 2. The breakfast was good; while not exceptionally lavish, it had everything you'd expect. The coffee came from a machine and tasted great. 3. The terraces on four of the floors are a major highlight! Breakfast is on the 11th floor (top floor), and on a nice day, you can dine on the terrace, enjoying the lush forest view and a distant glimpse of the Qiling Pagoda while being shielded from the sun – a fantastic experience. You can also enjoy the night view in the evening. 4. The hairdryer is a Dyson, and in the lobby downstairs, there's a coffee machine, tea, hot water, and bottled water available.

Traveling to Yangzhou with my parents and child, I spent ages on Ctrip before settling on Slender West Lake Hot Spring Resort. It was absolutely the right choice! It perfectly met my child's desire to play in the water, while also allowing my parents to relax after sightseeing. The hotel has its own hot springs, which are of excellent quality – a slightly acidic, lithium-rich water that leaves your skin smooth after soaking. There are probably over twenty pools, each with its own unique features, spread out within the scenic area. Enjoying the beautiful scenery while soaking in the hot springs was incredibly relaxing. The hotel also offers many fun activities for children. Across from the hotel is the Slender West Lake scenic area, and other attractions are not far away, making transportation very convenient.

The hotel's location is superb, making it easy to get around. All the ladies at the front desk were incredibly warm and attentive, and both check-in and check-out were very quick. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable allowing for a great night's sleep, and it had excellent natural light and ventilation. All facilities were complete and in good working order. The breakfast offered a rich variety and tasted delicious. It's fantastic value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

The hotel's location is excellent, just a stone's throw away from Dongguan Street and Dongguan Ferry. The facilities are relatively new, making it a great value-for-money option. More importantly, the hotel staff, from the lobby manager to the front desk receptionists and even the doorman, are all incredibly polite. Their recommendations for restaurants and tourist attractions were spot on, with no duds. So, I'd give the hotel itself 4 stars, and an extra star for the amazing service, making it a total of 5 stars.

This hotel is a true hidden gem that left a lasting impression! The逸扉酒店 (Yifang Hotel) by Grand Canal Museum, Yangzhou, boasts an excellent location right next to the Grand Canal Museum, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. The hotel's overall style is modern and minimalist, with a quiet and elegant ambiance that's perfect for relaxation. The rooms are spacious, with new and complete facilities, comfortable bedding, and good quality toiletries. The staff are professional and attentive, ensuring a smooth experience from check-in to check-out – truly excellent service. The breakfast is rich and fresh, with a wide variety of choices, perfect for starting your day with energy. Parking is convenient, and the surrounding amenities are also very well-developed. It's suitable for family trips, friends traveling together, or even solo travelers, offering great value for money. Definitely worth returning to!

The hotel's location is super convenient! It's pretty central to all the attractions. Pishi Street and Dongguan Street are just a short walk away, and there are tons of local specialty snacks and intangible cultural heritage experiences nearby. The front desk service was excellent, very responsive, and made for a great check-in experience. The room facilities are also very complete, and the small courtyard was a lovely touch. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

Beiliucaotang Guesthouse is very close to Dongguan Street and Caiyi Street. The rooms are newly renovated, clean and tidy, fully equipped, with plenty of power outlets. The host is very nice and welcoming. Recommended.

We stayed with our child, and the front desk proactively upgraded us to a deluxe king room. The room was spacious with a large 270-degree window that let in plenty of natural light. The bathroom was also big and well-partitioned. Because we had a child, they even provided a small stool for them to use for washing up. You can also request buckwheat pillows from the front desk. Overall, it was a good experience. One downside is that there were too many cars parked in front of the hotel, making it difficult for ride-sharing services to pick up guests directly at the entrance.

This isn't my first stay at a Hampton by Hilton hotel, but the service at this Yangzhou branch was truly unparalleled! Both the facilities and the service quality were incredibly impressive, especially the wide variety of breakfast options that always got my day off to a great start. What touched me most was that my daughter's birthday coincided with our arrival day. I had initially just tentatively asked the front desk if they could help purchase a small cake. To my surprise, they immediately consulted with their supervisor and not only prepared a beautiful cake using departmental funds, but also thoughtfully provided a complimentary fruit platter with best wishes. Even more heartwarming was when I requested a room change due to my personal sensitivity to noise (though my family didn't notice any unusual sounds), the hotel didn't hesitate to upgrade me to a suite. This genuine commitment to prioritizing customer needs was truly deeply impressive. They also demonstrated professionalism and flexibility when our itinerary changed: our original three-night stay was temporarily shortened to two nights, and the front desk staff processed the adjustment with a smile throughout. Later, upon learning we needed a place to rest after a football match, they proactively offered a complimentary three-hour day-use room. These unexpected service details made us, traveling with a child, feel incredibly warm and cared for. Yangzhou city was buzzing with excitement due to the CSL matches, but what truly touched our hearts were the genuine and warm people of Yangzhou, exemplified by the Hampton team. You truly embodied the true meaning of hospitality through your actions, and this level of service will certainly become one of our fondest travel memories! Thumbs up for Yangzhou, and kudos to the Hampton team for their professionalism and warmth!

Fantastic location, just a ten-minute walk from Slender West Lake, and directly across from MixC shopping mall. There are many other malls nearby, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. It's also easy to get to all the major attractions. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the service is superb – they're always ready to help. Great value for money; I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Yangzhou.
