位置很不錯，延吉大學網紅牆隔壁，下樓就可以看到了，附近也是美食街，樓下有公交站，去高鐵站也很方便和近。公寓的房間設施也很不錯，有冰箱和洗衣機，空調，吹風筒，投影儀。靠路邊光線超好，對面就是大學。房東大哥人超讚，有問題都是會及時回覆，也可以快速解決。

地點佳，空間足，乾淨舒適，設施齊全，鬧市靜室。
要説缺點，就是門外走廊不時有人抽煙，房內不時聞到有煙味。

최고였어요. 입실이 좀 까다로운데..
연변대 맞은편 건물 출구1을 찾아서 통과(무슨호텔이라고 되어있는 철문은 열고 들어가면 됨. 나중에 객실엘리베이터는 철문안에 있는거 타면 됨. 엘베탈때는 객실키 찍고 층수누르면 됨.)하여 뒷문으로 나가면 가영식품수퍼가 있음. 거기에 객실문의하면 됩니다.
(저는 몰라서 편의점에 한국 말하시는 분께 부탁해서 전화함) 나중 퇴실시에도 그 수퍼에 열쇠주면 됩니다.
