衞生，環境，設施給的三星，服務給半個，因為服務可能不能打零分。到店了八點多了，訂的大床沒有了，擅自改為兩個單人床，還美其名曰，房間更好，好不好得看情況，我們自駕帶着孩子，兩個單人床怎麼辦！跟前台長者説半天説不清，這我們不怪他，他居然背後説，花那麼點錢，還挑剔，我們耳朵很好用的，是故意給話聽嗎！出門旅遊住宿省點怎麼了

房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，交通方便，還提供大瓶洗髮水和沐浴露，24小時熱水，主要是暖和不冷，榻榻米睡着很舒服，離延大和市區都很近，老闆人熱心，以後還會再來的！

因為沒有了酒店剩下賓館和客棧，所以決定試試炕，本想着炕晚上睡覺比較暖和，結果第一天老闆給我們開了一會關了，晚上睡覺一直冷醒，第二天問老闆，老闆説我們定的房間不包含，要加收，在東北住了幾次炕都沒聽説炕要加收，而且為什麼不能一開始就在房間收取呢，訂房的時候也寫着包含地暖，希望商家開炕要加收的話就直接加在房費裏面吧，畢竟體驗炕也是暖的，不開炕跟榻榻米沒什麼區別！
