Wendy at the front desk was great, warm and gentle, thoughtful and meticulous. She also helped us arrange rooms on the same floor. The rooms were clean and hygienic, the 24-hour gym was fully equipped, the swimming pool was clean and hygienic, and it felt great to exercise facing the sea! The hotel is close to attractions, a great travel experience!

訂的無煙房，進屋差點被煙味兒嗆死，房間空氣不流通，一整天都在煙味兒裏薰着。小冰箱放在櫃子裏，櫃門和冰箱門還是反着安裝的的，好不容易找到開門的一邊，讓櫃子螺絲把手劃了個大口子。酒店在26樓，一樓連個指引的都沒有，打聽了半天找不到酒店。這麼大酒店，到了二線城市，設施，服務，都下沉下去了。怎麼好意思價格要那麼高
