Yasmine Hammamet Hotels with Gym

good service, the rooms do not have a shower for people who have trouble getting into a very difficult bath, for a 5 star no kettle in the rooms too bad for the restoration a bit tight forever a 5 star. very friendly and attentive staff. the towels are a bit old and frayed and it's hard to change them. But I would gladly go back.

Large hotel well located on the coast of Hammamet, the children took advantage of the heated swimming pool, great entertainment in the evening around the swimming pool and also inside, the food was good, however the staff were not very smiling, not very welcoming and not available, the rooms and bedding that makes you want to sleep, tv from the old millennium and the bathroom that has no have the category of a 4 * and they need to be renovated.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic, I felt very pampered. The staff is very welcoming and nice. They will go above and beyond to make you happy. The food was delicious, the drinks very tasty, especially those made my Bilel, at the pool bar. He makes great cocktails and he's also a very nice person. Lorenzo, the DJ, and animator will not alow you to get bored, and Amin as well. Mimi, the dance and yoga trainer is always with a smile on her face. I had a standard room with street view (front of the hotel) and I think it's the best option if you want to relax. Though, I've got a family type room and that wasn't nice, because i could hear every noise from my neighbor's room. So make sure you don't recieve one like me. The housekeeping is sometimes very loud on the hallway. Housekeeping is happening daily and the room was clean. Don’t expect 5* because it’s a bit dated. I would say 3 stars for the room and 4-5 * for the food and the rest of the hotel, including the pool area. It’s very ok for the price you pay. Outstanding hotel interior design makes you feel the Tunisian climate's. Either outside and inside pool helped me relax during my stay. Whole crew including waiters, animators, hotel members took my heart over this week. Business lounge including internet access over whole hotel allowed me working efficient and relaxed too. I truly recommend the place everyone who wonders spending good time around Hammamet. 🤩😍🤗

Avoid this hotel at all costs. When I arrived, I was advised my room wouldn't be ready. They invited me to have some lunch, come back and it would be sorted. When I went back, it was the same story. Told come back an hour later, same story. It was around 3hrs after I arrived that I was able to get into my room. The room itself was absolutely shocking. The decor was like something from the 80s, there was a burn in the carpet where someone had left an iron on it, the bathroom was disgusting and hadnt been cleaned properly, when I took a shower, the bath filled with water due to issues with drainage. All in all, the room left a lot to be desired. The food was also disappointing. After the 3rd day, I stopped eating at the restaurant as it had given me an upset stomach. The bar was basic. Drinks were served in paper cups and served one at a time. I would have had my drink finished by the time I went back to the pool and would need to go back. It felt as if the staff thought the were doing you a favour by doing their jobs and did not make me feel welcome. The staff gave no information about any of the services provided and I felt like I was left to myself to figure the hotel out. I would not go back to this hotel and would implore anyone who is considering it to reconsider.

Excellent hotel

Disappointing for this price and for a 4 stars hotel. Room was barely acceptable, clearly not cleaned below the beds, no glasses, no towels, soap and shampoo containers almost if not empty upon arrival and were not filled at all during our stay. Towels were a nightmare to get: sometimes just enough, sometimes missing one, sometimes missing two. Getting an iron was a battle and forget about laundry service. Requests were not always met with a nice answer, they painted a room next to ours taking no precautions, getting the smell far into ours. Lunch was excruciatingly expensive for the area, forget about it. Included breakfast and dinner were OK. Location was very nice, although the surroundings are a bit dead..

Better food labelling especially on the desserts, more sockets in the rooms as there was only 1. Coffee facilities in the room would be good and knowing what activities are on when would be good. Certificates for the winners of activities would be good. Entertainment starting earlier would be good as 930 too late. Apart from that hotel and staff are excellent and can't do enough for you entertainment staff are brilliant full of energy and so friendly
