Venus pour une semaine de thalasso en couple fin septembre, nous avons découvert un bel hotel luxueux, une suite spacieuse et confortable, coupe de fruits, bouteille d'eau, des gâteaux tunisiens, des chocolats ou des fruits secs selon les jours. Le centre de thalasso est bien organisé , son personnel est compétent et attentif, comme par ailleurs celui de la réception, du ménage, à la plage et aux restaurants. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est irréprochable, bonne machine à café et vrai jus d'orange, etc. Le restaurant à la carte, pour nous inclus dans la demi-pension propose une carte tunisienne et une carte européenne, entrées, viandes, poissons et desserts de très bonne qualité. Petit bémol, préférer le restaurant à la carte au buffet très copieux et avec du choix, mais un ton en dessous au niveau culinaire. Au total très peu de dépenses en plus, l'eau et le vin à table à des tarifs très raisonnables. Nous reviendrons sûrement avec des amis la prochaine fois..

Spacious room but noise all day long even at night with children jumping on the floor above, I saw people swimming with their clothes on, this same person was at the beach then no shower with her long dress in the pool! Waiter at the evening buffet who adds 4 drinks and 2 bottles of water to the bill! Breakfast 25 min for a pancake.. In August when we took the room the price was 440 euros per night and frankly nothing in the hotel corresponds to this price! I took a triple because the receptionist told me on the phone that with a 2 year old baby I could not take a double and that they do not add a child's bed when it was not true ...

I knew that the 5-star category does not have the same meaning in all countries, but when the price paid is equivalent to that of a 5-star Shangri La Barrière or Marriot, we expect equivalent services. Of course, the rooms are spacious, but despite the efforts of the staff, we do not find what we are looking for. The bedding is classic, the pillows are hard. The courtesy tray is shameful, cheap kettle that leaks, responsible for short circuits, instant coffee when everywhere in the world we find espresso machines. Breakfast is correct for a 5-star, already seen better at a neighbor's. Not enough equipment, we wait 45 minutes for a pancake! No children's club, so punished with thalassotherapy if you come with your family! The 120-dinar dinner is not exceptional either and children pay as much as adults for 2 slices of pizza and an ice cream. No drinks included despite the price. In short, it is not the luxury 5-star I expected given the reputation and especially the price paid.

L'hôtel est superbe, très propre, calme. Le personnel est vraiment au petit soin et on en devient presqu' amis, tellement ils sont gentils.
Les chambres sont très confortables, sauf les sièges de la terrasse qui sont très peu confortables et hyper bruyantes au moindre déplacement.
Je n'ai pas aimé aussi les petits oiseaux qui viennent picorer sur l'étal des petits déjeuners.
Je n'hésiterais pas à revoir dans cet hôtel.

I like to go back there. This hotel is unique and the best in Tunisia. Its thalassotherapy is incredible. Fortunately this kind of place exists.
