Kars Sarıkamış gezisinde konakladık fakat rezalet ötesi bir yerdi Ek binada konaklattılar bizi duşakabinde cam yoktu klozet sabit değildi neredeyse düşüyordum otel terliği yoktu söyledik yinede bırakmadılar odada minibar yoktu ne çay ne kahve hepsini geçtim odada içecek su dahi yoktu oda buz gibiydi petekler yetersiz yorgan örtmene rağmen soğuk klima yok o soğukta yatmaya mahkum kalıyorsun kahvaltı çeşidi yok normal evde hazırlanan kahvaltı çeşidi kadar seçenek var başkada yok asıl bomba akşam yemeği yetersizdi 3 harfli marketten tavuk parçacığı alıp yapmışlardı sözde o kadar basitti ki içi erimemişti yerken dişlerimiz dondu söyleyince tur şirketinin hatası dediler 19:30 olan yemek saatini 18:30 da istenmesi bahane edildi halbuki yemek 19 dan sonra verildi erken istemek yemeğin tam pişmemesini sağlar 60 kişinin 40 kişisinin aç kalmasına yol açmaz bir daha mı şahsen asla

Sarıkamış Yakupoğlu otel ve çalışanları tarafından dolandırıldık çalışanları özellikle müdürü diye tanıtan yağmur çiftçi esnaf ve evsahibini tehdit ederek parasını vermemekte bu otelde dolandırılmanız an meselesi berbat bir otel SARIKAMIŞIN yüz karası gelen müşterilerin dikkat etmesi gerektiğini lütfen dikkate alınarak gidilmesi gerektiğini ayrıca diğer otel olarak aparttır ama rezervasyon yapılınca düşük fiyat çıkınca fiyatlar yüksek şekilde karşınıza çıkar

İki aile okul tatilinde kayak yapmak için Sarıkamışta Yakupoğlu otele gittik. Otel yeni odalar ve banyo çok geniş, inşaattan kaynaklanan bazı sorunlar vardı, resepsiyona bildirdiğinizde hemen çözüldü. Odalar çok konforlu ve temiz. Yemekler çok lezzetli ve taze. Bu otele sadece personelin misafirperverliği ve güleryüzü için bile gidilir. Retaurant ta Sinan, Nizar ve Rabia, Resepsiyonda Musa, Ahmet( aynı zamanda ücretsiz servis şöförü), Mutfakta Bahar ve Emine, Ve isimlerini bilmediğim diğer tüm personel çok çalışkan ve güleryüzlü, hepinize her şey için çok teşekkür ederim. Sarıkamış kayak merkezi muhteşem, kayak kiralama yerinde İbrahim, Ümit, Asker ve diğer çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Kayak takımı kirası 40 tl günlük, snowboard takımı 80 tl günlük, sınırsız gğnlük telesiyej kullanımı 95 tl. Terkar gitmeyi çok isteriz.

Je suis venu pour 5 nuitées en famille avec des amis, nous avons l’habitude de séjourner a Sarikamis, une merveille Turque. Des la récente ouverture du Yakupoglu, J’avais hâte de me faire un avis après tout le bien que j’avais entendu de la part de différents directeurs d'Hotels dans les quels nous avons séjourné auparavant et qui sont devenus de véritables amis . Et je n’ai pas été déçu. L’arrivée se passe comme il se doit dans un hôtel de charme. On se fait tout de suite prendre en charge dès la sortie de l'Aéroport de Kars et on s’occupe de nous avec une extrême gentillesse. Après les formalités et l’arrivée en chambre, nous avons été au spa. Très bien tenu, superbe piscine intérieure et les mesures de sécurité Covid sont respectées. Le souper dans la salle vous transporte dans l'hospitalité traditionnelle Turque, simplicité dans un certain raffinement et service impeccable. Le buffet souper inclus dans la demi-pension ne manque de rien et correspond aux hôtels de charme. Le petit-déjeuner se révèle à la hauteur du reste. Magnifique. Un des meilleurs hôtels visités dans la région, largement en dessus de certains autres 5 étoiles. Le Spa le plus complet et le Hammam le plus mignon autour de Sarikamis, Pour un nouvel hôtel, le service sort de ses gongs pour vous faire plaisir, Réception, Food & Beverages, House Keeping, service voiture de l'hôtel au télésiège, le tea time de 4 heure, La formidable propreté vous font vraiment sentir en famille...Et bien sure un remerciement particulier à Faruk et Madame, les merveilleux Hôtes de ces prémices hors du commun, encore merci pour tout ce que vous avez fait pour rendre notre séjour inoubliable.
