Very minimum weight & seat of the bicycle spoilt in the gym. Location a little bit far from city centre. Helpful & friendly staff.

The service is very poor! My compatriots, please take shelter from lightning! They are very positive towards foreigners. Even though I had no problem with the booking procedures and documents, it took me several hours to check in! The attitude is very bad, very excessive.

I traveled to Armenia for a month and stayed in many hotels. I am very satisfied with the Caucasus Hotel. The service, sanitation, and facilities in the room are very good

I liked everything, only one nuance, dear leaders, please respect your incoming living customers near the pool, and not those who come to you for a couple of hours. This is your only downside. Thanks to Bartender David for his attentive attitude, many thanks, more such workers to you.

Booked a smoking room with balcony , soundproof room 2 days before arrival. While checking in they told that our payment didnt go through without checking all the systems they use for selling packages , we got told that the reservation wasnt made even though we had an email confirmation .After we booked another room similar on site again without having nowhere to go at that moment they came back to us telling that they got our previous reservation in another system confirmed and that they were just sorry. We didnt get refund for 2nd room booked on site. Long story short we got non smoking room nearby the noisy stuff room for $164 instead of $82 The pool is not private for guests as its shown. It is being used by people who pay to use it too. The room is small, the mini bar had used drinks in the rooms, the carpets were dirty and we waited hours to get room service as we needed towels. The stuff is talking and laughing like theyre the only people on the floor next to our room. The manager Levon is acting like the guest is the problem since the first second we got in and argues instead of making the biggest problem look a little better. Horrible service. Do not recommend

This is the worst hotel in the world. I ordered lunch at 2 o'clock, half of my order was brought after two hours and the other half after 4 hours. No one there knew English and almost all were uneducated. I think it is one of the worst choices for accommodation I reserved half board but they want to get money for lunch!!!!

The sound of the wind in the rooms was very loud, as if you were camping in the forest, and no matter how many times we said, they said they know, but nothing can be done, the windows are broken, it was really awful, we couldn't sleep for any hour of the day, and that the swimming pool was open to the public and It was too crowded, it could not be used

This is the only hotel I know, where sleeping on wet pillowcases, sheets and blankets is considered to be normal. First we approached the cleaning lady asking to change the wet staff, she said "it will dry up soon"..... Then we approached the reception with the same request and were assured all would be changed. After 4 hours we came back to the room and nothing was done...nothing... We approached the reception, they appologized and said it will be done immediately. After 10 minutes another cleaning lady enters the room and gives us another pair of blankets and says "sorry, we do not have another pair of pillowcases and sheets at the moment".... Afterwards we ask for the Manager...we have not seen or heard of him/her since then. In addition, that was the first night of our honeymoon.. that is the way they treat newlywedds. We were out first thing in the morning. We understand that there could be issues everywhere, the problem is their inability or unwillingness to do something to solve the issue.

Not very high-quality cleaning (terribly dirty curtains, for example). Low customer focus at high cost of living (I saw how a girl was denied a sun lounger, even though the weather allowed for a comfortable stay in the pool area. Considering that the pool is one of the few bonuses of staying in this hotel, it is strange to limit the few guests in using it. The hotel is located around construction site, next to the road, to the center (cafes, restaurants, shops) only by car. Due to the fact that the cost of a night at the hotel is very high, it would be adequate to run a free shuttle to the center for guests at least once a day. there is something to work on.

The hotel is terrible, there is no smell of 5 stars here, two stars is hardly an option. The rooms are old, the towels are dirty, the bathroom doesn't work. The staff is a bit odd, no hospitality. Almost the entire hotel was rented for 4 days; upon check-out, a couple of people were not allowed to wait for the evening flight. You can’t sit outside in the evening after 12 o’clock either, they send you to a dungeon with billiards where there is **** and dirt. Breakfast is terrible, monotonous and inedible. At the beginning of the arrival, we thought to stay and not move after the already paid 4 days, but already on the second day we realized that we had to escape from this hole. In response to justified complaints about the service, manager Sarkis provided a database - it doesn’t matter to us, you are not the first and you will not be the last. This is the principle that guides this hotel. Terrible place.

My sister and I were on vacation in Armenia in the first half of September. We chose the hotel because of its large outdoor pool and decent area. In general, the hotel did not disappoint, the room was spacious (standard), high ceilings (!), clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were quite decent, you didn’t leave hungry). The outdoor pool was large enough, they included a jacuzzi. But the water was no longer warmed up , it was not very comfortable to go in. I was upset that the pool was drained on September 10, although it was still very hot during the day (((, almost all the sunbeds were removed, only 5 were left (((. I had to take a dip in the indoor pool and go outside to sunbathe ..... The description states a spa and massage, but in fact there is nothing. The hammam and sauna are available on request, we liked the hammam, we did not use the sauna. The indoor pool is not very large, but there was enough space for us, since there were few people in the hotel. .It would be cool if it was warmed up at least a little))) There is almost no infrastructure nearby, the nearest small grocery store is a 5-minute walk to the left of the hotel, there is the most necessary for a snack. The hotel is located near the highway to Ashtarak, walk along the edge without a sidewalk. ...To the center of Yerevan + - 25 minutes by taxi, we didn’t use minibuses.... On the one hand, it’s convenient that the hotel is suburban, it’s more spacious, there’s no city noise, traffic on the highway didn’t interfere. But we had to go to the city for the whole day to go for a walk and go shopping) Overall, I really liked everything, thanks to the hotel staff for their hospitality. Success and prosperity!

We had taken a suite and the blackout curtains were partly broken. Before our arrival we had requested a baby cot which was not present in the room. We had to ask for it 5 times to finally get it after 24 hours... There is no hot water at certain times of the day and the water pressure is very low. We found a piece of broken glass next to the jacuzzi. The cleanliness of the rooms and the bathroom leaves something to be desired; no cleaning done during the 7 days; noisy and poorly maintained hotel; holes in the walls and ceilings among other things as well as traces of mold; the swimming pool is open to outsiders so there are always people there; the DJ at the pool was useless and the music was so loud that you could hear it in the room; poor quality catering; very little choice at breakfast; No porter at the entrance; It is absolutely not a 5 star but rather a 2 star maximum.

While I was waiting for my salad for 50 minutes .. I decided to write a review about how long everything here is .. about the Coca Cola umbrellas .. about the lack of mattresses on the sun loungers .. “well that’s it” in one word .. and then they brought me a salad .. not really just like I wanted, but also with an element of a wine cork.. The hotel is clearly not ready to provide high-level services... but the cash register works properly..

My husband and I arrived at this hotel in May; it was our first time in Armenia. Booked in advance through a travel agent. We arrived and were unpleasantly disappointed. The service and attitude are terrible, the rooms are shabby, the pool, which was stated on the website as working, turned out to be not working. Allegedly, they have been filling it only since June, although this is not written anywhere. We were at the hotel literally an hour after arrival. Having looked at this, we were very upset, contacted the travel agent and decided to immediately change the hotel. At the reception they expressed all their dissatisfaction to the employees, but they did not even apologize, although they promised to return the payment. We moved to another hotel which we had to pay for again. But the management of the Kavkaz Hotel still has not returned the money!!!!! We stayed in this hotel for an hour, did not use anything, did not spend the night. They agreed that they would withhold payment from us for a day, but they took the money for a week and did not return it! Impudence and theft I do not recommend the Caucasus Hotel to anyone. A ruined vacation is guaranteed, and there are also scammers!!!
