Hotels Near Memorial Ararat 73 in Yerevan

Good Points: 1. The Hotel was located in the heart of the city, particularly Republic Square. So, it was ideal for moving around and also to cater for food. 2. Being 3 Star, the room was good enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Bad Points: 1. Room: The room, toilet in particular, was not cleaned during the 3 nights of our stay. When we complained, just the dustbin was picked up. 2. Facilities: No elevators in the Hotel. Our room was in Level 4 and we had to carry our luggage by hand. However, this point was manageable to us. May be an issue if any old people travel. 3. Bedding: We had clearly mentioned that we are four of us and we need proper bedding. We had booked 1 Double bed with extra bed. Double bed was a little small, but was fine. The extra bed was like a stretcher. Even one person while sleeping will fall outside the bed, in case he/she turns . We had been to Georgia and Serbia. But the extra bed (width of bed) that was provided was good enough for two kids to comfortably sleep. 4. Additional Bed Chargeable: Then we had to ask for an additional bed and they ended up giving us again one more stretcher kind of bed and charged us AMD 9,000 for 3 nights. 5. Breakfast: For 3 days of stay we had the same menu with hardly any change.

In Yerevan this place is not bad. The room is so wide and the bathroom is quite large, but the water is not flowing smoothly. I booked a twin room, but I gave a room on the fourth floor without a balcony. I see from the hotel introduction that most rooms have a balcony, because it doesn't matter if you stay for only one night. The facilities in the room are similar to the domestic three-star facilities. The front desk is quite satisfactory, there is only one hotel elevator, and the waiting time is too long. Breakfast is on the 12th floor, which fits the Chinese stomach and can be full. There is a supermarket opposite, which is very convenient. Geographic location is fine, anyway, the whole city is not big, and walking is fine. I think other rooms should be bigger than this value room.

City center, the hotel is new, clean, the service is super. The room is large, the price is excellent. The street in the center has a lot of restaurants, attractions, museums. I recommend. Thank you

I love this hotel. It is flawless. The pool was fantastic and staff were very professional. Try to ask for a room facing the main square. The only hiccups were that the hotel wanted to charge me for early check in. I did NOT like that and refused and something surly and was able to check in early free of extra cost!! The drinks were also kind of pricey at the hotel but if you go across the street they are half the price. I used the hairdresser at the hotel spa and for $40 I washed that gray right out of my hair!!! This hotel is very new and is in pristine condition!!! I would stay there again if I was ever to return to Armenia !!!

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The hotel has a great location in the heart of Yerevan city, very good service, welcoming and very helpful staff, clean, spacious and modern rooms. Beautiful restaurant with amazing panoramic view, live piano music and delicious Armenian food. It has a nice open common area balcony with a view on Cascade Complex and full of live Yerevan city streets, spectacular in the night. There was a good choice of food and fresh fruits on breakfast.

Together with my daughter, I arranged a room with a large bed and a balcony. This hotel has toiletries, cleaning every day, plenty of hot water, bathrobes, bath towels and towels changed every day, and 2 bottles of water every day. There is also bottled water in the restaurant during breakfast. , get it for free, which is better than Ibis, which only has 2 bottles a day. The breakfast is also very good, with a rich variety, including juice, coffee, yogurt, soup, eggs, etc., all delicious. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful, making it a pleasant stay.

Apart from the right Swedish table of hot dishes and cold snacks, fresh vegetables and fruit, cashes and sweets, the young beautiful and very original actress Lilia, or any other staff of the restaurant, For you, he will cook aromatic coffee in the east and prepare an omlet as you need. Having stayed in this hotel for about 20 days, we now know exactly where we will stay next time in Yerevan. By the way, walking to the heart of Yerevan is exactly 35 minutes. We had a late check-in (about 00:00), we were waiting, in the room everything was clean, two towels per person, air conditioner is on. Bed, towels - everything is perfectly clean and smooth 👍🏻 Bed comfortable, sleeped well. The hosts are friendly and non-invasive. To the center they got to the taxi - here it is very cheap (150-209). We remained satisfied

Good hotel, simple but good. Stopped here for the third time, Clean. Air conditioning, on the street was plus 37. Water, teapot, refrigerator, lots of in the bathroom of all the necessary things.
