環境：被圖片騙了，以為多麼大個房間，結果是兩層隔出來的一層，層高略低。沙發坐上去都割屁股了。
衞生：小強跑茶几上了我被我拍死甩飛到地上。
服務：重點來了，因對象感冒發燒發冷，暖氣開最大還是發冷於是請求前台多加一床被子給對象蓋一下，前台説沒有多的，我説哪怕被心都行！還是沒有！晚上回來碰到收布草的，問他要一床，我説哪怕臟的都行！還是沒有。對象冷了一晚上，我正常體温被高暖氣熱了一晚上沒睡好，今天起來眼睛都成燈泡了，鬼火大。你又不是招待所？我花180住個酒店加被都沒有一床，遇到特別情況怎麼辦啊？我也是開民宿的，我們客人帶小孩子加被我都會給！前台培訓不到位，體驗感極差。
