衞生：不好
服務：態度差，兩個服務員，另外一個人態度非常差，因為我是兩父子床上只有一個枕頭，叫他加一個她説不要管我們，只是另外一個人説算了。
環境：不好
設施：單子下的是一米八的床，實際開給我的房裡的床只有一米二，搞得我跟我兒子都睡不下。
