great location and nice staff! would be perfect but unfortunately the A/C is not able to cool down the room properly unless you leave it turned on during the entire day (!) just to have a somewhat cool room (gets never below 23 degrees) when you return back in the evening. unfortunately, it seems that the A/Cs are switched off automatically during night time, which makes it unpleasently hot to sleep. reported the issue to the hotel and the only solution they offered us was to switch to a room facing north, which basically means that the A/Cs in all rooms must have this problem.

From the welcome to the departure everything was perfect with this stay. The location is fantastic and we really enjoyed the facilities, the pool, the executive lounge and breakfast were great. Special shout out and thanks to a few of the team who helped us, Aria upon arrival and Joanna with her team in the executive lounge.
